With the deepening reform in the national medical system,public hospital gets on the board of market operation and undertakes great pressure in operation and development.The performance management in public hospital must be honed from the perspective of obtaining the viability of sustainable development and satisfying the people’s ever-growing needs for medical service.The vital point in the execution of hospital’s performance appraisal is the establishment of financial performance appraisal system which is scientific,reasonable,applicable and in accordance with the development reality and strategic operation object of hospital.Therefore,the urgent problem faced by the public hospital is how to erect a scientific performance management system to ameliorate the management in public hospital further and then improve the patients’ satisfaction.This paper elucidate the necessity of the performance reform in public hospital on the basis of delving into abundant national regulation,industrial standard and the current measures in hospitals,emphasize on the research about the practicability of performance allocation in public hospitals,discuss the detail measures,methods and efficiency in the process of building the performance appraisal index system of public hospital from the perspective of financial.With thorough research,this paper analyzed the status quo and problems of the performance check system of R hospital,and then attempts to design a practical financial performance allocation plan for hospital through index,expect to be a reference for the development of R hospital and the similar units.
