Practice And Exploration Of Establishing National Health District Under The Background Of Urbanization

The establishment of a national health district is a characteristic system formed by gradually learning and utilizing the development concept of foreign healthy cities and combining with China’s basic national conditions.It is an important standard to measure the comprehensive function and civilization level of a region,an important carrier of patriotic health movement in the new era,a comprehensive sign to evaluate and reflect the overall development level and civilization level of a region,and an internal requirement to ensure the improvement of people’s livelihood and the quality of people’s life.Urbanization is an organic part of the establishment of a national health zone,which can optimize the spatial layout of the city,intensively use land resources,so as to gather high-end scientific and technological innovation and social resources,and promote the simultaneous realization of production,life and ecology.The establishment of a health district is not only a health problem,but also a reflection of the modernization construction and management of a city.Through the establishment of National Health District,we can carry out health education,health promotion and other activities,and advocate the concept of healthy life.It not only improves the city style and promotes production and life,but also guides the public to cultivate civilized,healthy and law-abiding public moral behaviors,maintain healthy and upward spiritual concepts,and improve people’s living standards.Therefore,to create a national health district is not only a goal,but also a means and process.The ultimate goal is to practice the concept of green development,improve infrastructure,strengthen environmental governance,pay close attention to ecological construction and enhance health awareness,so as to make the environment more livable and suitable for business,enhance the attraction and competitiveness of the region.Most of the researches on the establishment of national health district only stay on the level of national health district standards and government functions,and lack of researches on the establishment of national health district in the context of urbanization.According to this situation,this paper takes Dongli District,which took the lead in launching the urbanization construction in Tianjin since the end of 2003,as the research object,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions with wide reference significance,so as to effectively promote the establishment of national health district in the urbanization area.It is a further enrichment and expansion of the research content of the establishment of national health district and a practice with theoretical and practical significance and exploration.
