Study On Chemical Constituents Of Two Medicinal Plants From Lijiang

Natural products with diverse activities are an important source of new drug development.Up to now,60%of the drugs approved by U.S.Food and Drug Administration（FDA）come from natural medicines or prototypes of natural medicines.In this paper,two kinds of domestic plants with a long history of medicinal use were selected as research objects,and 37 compounds,including 2 new ones,were isolated from the two medicinal plants using all kinds of separation and purification methods.（1）Study on the Chemical Composition of Aconitum rockii Fletcher et LauenerAconitum rockii Fletcher et Lauener is a species of Aconitum.It has the functions of relieving pain and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.In this paper,the alkaloid constituents of Aconitum rockii Fletcher et Lauener from Lijiang were studied.A new aconitine-type C₁₉-diterpene alkaloid,Rockiitine A,along with twenty-one know ones,were isolated from the roots of this plant.Rockiitine A was determined as a new aconitine-type C₁₉-diterpene alkaloids.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic analyses,including HR–ESIMS,1D and 2D NMR.The known compounds were including three 7,17-Seco-type C₁₉-diterpenoid alkaloids（Kongboendine,Franchetine and Vilmorisine）,a rare bis-diterpenoid alkaloid（Bulleyanine B）,and seventeen aconitine-type C₁₉-diterpenoid alkaloids（14-acetytalasamine,dolichotine A,14-aceytl-8-O-methyltalatisamine,anisoezochasmaconitine,leueantine C,sachaconitine,chasmaconitine,talatisamine,chasmanine,acoforesticine,longtouconitine A,8-O-methyltalatisamine,14-benzoylneoline,yunacoitine,geniculatine A,14-acetoxy-8-O-methylsachaconitine,14-O-acetylsachaconitine,）.（2）Study on the Chemical Composition of Isodon phyllostuchysIsodon phyllostuchys is a plant of the family Lamiaceae and the genus Isodon.It has the functions of reducing heat,helping blood circulation and scattersing stasis,detoxifying and detaching swelling.In this paper,the chemical constituents of Isodon phyllostuchys collected from Lijiang were studied.Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified from the extraction.Phyllostachysarin A was determined as a new isopimarane diterpene,it was the first time isolated this type compounnd from this plant.The known compounds were identified as three ent-kaurane diterpenoids（radboternin C,oridonin,phyllostachysin A）,six triterpenoids（ursaldehyde,oleanolic acid,3β,20,23-trihydroxy-24,25,26,27-tetramordamm-arane,euscaphic acid,epi-oleanolic acid and isofouquierol）,two amides（N-cis-feruloyloc-topamine and N-trans-feruloyloctopamine）isolated from this plant for the first time,two steroids（β-sitosterol and Helogenin）and a chain diterpene（Phytol）.In vitro antitumor activity of compounds phyllostachysarin A and phyllostachysin A was tested,and the results showed no obvious activity,while inhibition of acetylcholinesterase activity of compounds N-cis-feruloyloctopamine and N-trans-feruloyloctopamine showed no activity.
