In recent years,"sleep disorder" has been frequently searched on Weibo.According to media reports,the number of people with sleep disorders rose in a straight line.Fast paced life,huge life pressure and complicated interpersonal relationship are pushing sleep away from people.Through browsing various literatures in recent ten years,it is found that the research on the factors affecting sleep quality or the non drug measures to alleviate sleep disorders are mostly concentrated in white-collar workers,patients,nurses and other people,and the non drug measures are mostly single means.At present,there is no comprehensive exercise prescription for College Teachers Based on the nature of their work.Objective: to understand the basic situation of insomnia among college teachers;Objective to explore the influence of jogging and Yijinjing exercise prescription on the sleep status of college teachers;Objective to evaluate the effect of jogging combined with Yijinjing exercise prescription on sleep condition of college teachers.It provides a reference for college teachers to choose a simple,efficient,painless and side effect free method for insomnia patients;It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the promotion and application of jogging and Yijinjing exercise prescription in college teachers;Enrich the connotation of the concept of integration of sports and medicine;Promote the implementation of "healthy China2030" planning outline;To improve people’s understanding of the basic theory of sleep disorders;To improve the promotion of the exercise prescription of combining Yijinjing with jogging in Colleges and universities;To promote college teachers to participate in physical exercise,and ultimately achieve the goal of physical and mental health of the whole people.Methods: in the dormitories and offices of Huanghe University of science and technology,the sleep status of teachers was investigated by means of AIS.The total score of the Athens Insomnia Scale was more than 6,then the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was given to test again,and 30 teachers with a total score of PSQI more than 7 who voluntarily participated in the experiment and met the inclusion criteria were selected as the experimental subjects.The experimental group was intervened by jogging and Yijinjing for 2months;The researchers used Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index questionnaire(PSQI)to test the experimental group before and after the intervention,and made statistics,comparison and analysis.The changes of sleep quality index before and after the intervention in the experimental group were studied,and the effects of jogging combined with Yijinjing exercise prescription on the sleep status of college teachers and the effects of sleep status factors were analyzed.Results:(1)insomnia of college teachers was serious,accounting for 65.33% of the total survey(2)The number of insomnia of female teachers is higher than that of male teachers.(3)the number of insomnia of teachers aged 25-29 is more than 71%;The prevalence of insomnia was 64.79% among college teachers aged 30-39;The prevalence of insomnia was68.2% among college teachers aged 40-49;More than 53% of teachers aged 50-60 have insomnia(4)After two months of jogging and Yijinjing combined with exercise training intervention,the sleep time was prolonged to a certain extent,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);There were significant differences in sleep quality and sleep efficiency before and after the intervention(P < 0.05);Sleep time,sleep disorder,daytime dysfunction,psqiq total score had very significant changes(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)college teachers have serious insomnia,and the society should pay enough attention to it(2)The number of insomnia of female college teachers is higher than that of male teachers.(3)the number of insomnia of 40-49 years old college teachers is the most,followed by 30-39 years old(4)Through six months of jogging and Yijinjing combined exercise intervention,jogging and Yijinjing combined exercise prescription can significantly improve the sleep condition of college teachers.However,it focuses on improving sleep condition.
