PurposeThis research is based on the theory of " Ganwei having the effect of relaxation",using data mining methods to explore Ganwei Chinese medicines and their compatibility rules,with a view to further elucidating the medicinal properties of Ganwei Chinese medicines and the theory of compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine with seven emotions.It provides references for the clinical application of " Ganwei having the effect of relaxation" Ganwei Chinese medicines in traditional Chinese medicine in terms of safety and rationality,especially attenuation(Medicinal properties)efficiency enhancement,and provides theoretical basis and new ideas for Chinese medicine scientific research,new drug development,traditional Chinese medicine processing,dietary prescription and promotion,etc.MethodBased on the theory of " Ganwei having the effect of relaxation",Eight Chinese medicines with the same source of medicine and food,including Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata Cum Melle,Honey,Jujube fructus,Rice,Black soybean,Green beans,and Malt Sugar,were selected as the research objects.build database.Using the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform V3.0" software,using frequency analysis,explore the efficacy,properties,and symptoms of the relevant drug pairs that are compatible with 8 Ganwei medicines;use the association rule Apriori algorithm to mine Commonly used drug pairs,commonly used drug pairs containing toxic drugs;using network topology analysis,analyze the core drug pairs of the main disease syndromes,and summarize their compatibility rules.Result1 Analysis on compatibility regularity of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma(Licorice)often used in combination with tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,and anti-surface medicine.The four qi(natures)of the compatible drugs are mainly warm,followed by cold and flat;the five flavors are more sweet,bitter,and pungent;they are mostly in the spleen and lung meridian;they are compatible with 50 toxic drugs,with a total frequency of 1748 times.When the confidence level is 1,the support level is greater than or equal to10%,21 groups of commonly used drug pairs are obtained;the support level is greater than or equal to 5%,and 10 groups of commonly used drug pairs are compatible with toxic drugs.Licorice-related drug pairs can be used to treat 530 diseases and syndromes,and it is concluded that the core drugs for the treatment of colds are Licorice-Scutellaria,Licorice-Ginger;the core drugs for treating cough are Licorice-Platycodon,Licorice-Bitter almond;the core drugs for the treatment of asthenia Licorice-Ginseng,Licorice-Angelica;The core medicine for treating Hou Bi is cough.ConclusionBased on the statistics of data mining data of medicine pairs composed of Ganwei medicines with the same medicine and food,it is concluded that most of the compatible medicines are tonic;the four qi(nature)are mainly warm and flat;the five tastes are mostly sweet.,Pungent,bitter taste;more channels return to the spleen and lung channels;it can be used with 50 toxic drugs.Based on the analysis of the above results,the above-mentioned eight Ganwei medicines have the theory of " Ganwei having the effect of relaxation",which covers through and drug toxicity,alleviation of cold/heat/dryness of the drug,alleviation of the potency of severe drugs,alleviation of unpleasant odors of drugs,and synergistic effect of the same taste.And so on,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing toxicity(reducing intensity)and increasing efficiency.The composition of the " Ganwei having the effect of relaxation" drug pair has the effects of relieving pain,relieving toxicity,relieving the middle and nourishing deficiency,replenishing qi and relieving cough,and can be used clinically to treat a variety of related diseases.This research has theoretical value and practical guiding significance for clinical Chinese medicine,scientific research and development.
