| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of the modified Gaolin Tang combined with western medicine on patients with Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency and damp-heat type Chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria Disease(G1-2 A3 stage),and compare the changes of urinary retinol-binding Protein(RBP)before and after treatment, then,to explore the effects of symptom and renal function of Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency and damp-heat type Chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria Disease(G1-2 A3 stage)by the addition and subtraction of modified Gaolin Tang combined with western medicine.Methods68 patients with Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency and damp-heat type Chronicglomerulonephritis proteinuria Disease(G1-2 A3stage)who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled, and randomly divided into experimental group 34 cases and control group 34 cases,and20 healthy patients in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the health group. The control group were treated with conventional western medicine, and the experimental group were treated with the modified Gaolin Tang on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The course of treatment was 12 weeks, and Clinical efficacy was evaluated every 6 weeks. To observe estimate 24h-urine protein quantitative(24h Upro),urine RBP,urine trace Albumin(m Alb),urine trace Albumin/creatinin e(ACR),urine alpha1-microglobulin(α1-MG),urinary β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),Serum Creatinine(Scr),Estimate Glomerular Flltration Rate(e GFR)and TCM syndrome integral changes were compared before and at the 6th and 12 th week of treatment. Results and data were analyzed by SPSS23.0.Results1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in general data, clinical test indexes and total symptom scores between the control group and the experimental group(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Before treatment, urinary RBP in the Chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria Disease group were significantly higher than those in the health group(P<0.01),with statistically significant differences.3.At the 6th and 12 th week of treatment, the values of 24 h Upro, urinary RBP,urinary m Alb,ACR,urinary α1-MG,urinary β2-MG,Scr decreased, and e GFR values increased in both groups. At the 12 th week of treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant in 24 h Upro, urinary RBP,urinary m Alb,ACR,urinary α1-MG,urinary β2-MG,Scr(P<0.05),and the experimental group was all better than the control group.4.RBP were positively correlated with 24 h Upro,Scr,ACR,urinary α1-MG and urinaryβ2-MG,and negatively correlated with e GFR,with statistically significant correlations(P<0.05).5.After treatment, the the scores of TCM syndromes decreased of the two groups, and the effective rate of TCM syndromes was 90.63% in the experimental group and 66.67% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.6.After treatment, the clinical comprehensive effective rate of the experimental group was87.5%,and the control group was 63.64%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.Conclusions1.The modified Gaolin Tang combined with western medicine on patients with Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency and damp-heat type Chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria Disease(G1-2A3stage)can effectively improve the TCM clinical syndrome of patients with Chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria Disease(G1-2A3stage)of Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency and damp-heat type.2.The modified Gaolin Tang combined with western medicine can improve the comprehensive clinical efficacy, reduce the amount of urine protein leakage, protect the renal function, delay the progression of chronic nephritis.3.The modified Gaolin Tang combined with western medicine can guarantee the clinical effect of patients with Chronic glomerulonephritis proteinuria Disease(G1-2A3stage)of Spleen-kidney Qi Deficiency and reduce the amount of urinary protein leakage, improve the damage of renal tubules and protect the renal function.During the course of the study,no obvious side effects were found, which was safe and reliable, and can be used in clinical practice. |
