Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of bamboo circle salt moxibustion and oral celecoxib capsule in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain of kidney-yang deficiency type,to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of the disease. Methods:A total of 68 patients with chronic non-specific low back pain of kidney-yang deficiency type who meet the research criteria of this subject were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group(bamboo circle salt moxibustion)and a control group(oral celecoxib capsule),with 34 cases in each group.Treatment group: treated with bamboo circle salt moxibustion, the selected points are Mingmen,Yaoyangguan,Shenshu(double),once a day,30 minutes each time,7 days as a course of treatment(6 consecutive days of treatment,1 day rest),continuous treatment for 2 weeks,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Control group: Oral celecoxib capsule,200 mg each time,2 times a day, orally after breakfast and dinner for 2weeks.Observe the changes and differences of the scores of TCM syndromes,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)for pain,Modified Oswestry Disability Index(MODI),and serum Tumor Necrosis Factor-α(TNF-α)and Interleukin 1β(IL-1β)changes and differences,to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,VAS score,MODI index, serum TNF-α value and IL-1β value between the two groups of patients(all P>0.05),and they were all comparable.2.TCM syndrome score: After treatment, the two therapies can reduce the TCM syndrome score in comparison within the group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between groups, the treatment group is in reducing the TCM syndrome score Better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.VAS score: After treatment, the two therapies can reduce the VAS score in the comparison within the group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the groups, the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the VAS score, the difference is It is statistically significant(P<0.05).4.MODI index: After treatment, the two therapies can reduce the MODI index in comparison within the group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between groups, the treatment group is better than the control group in the improvement of MODI index. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Serum TNF-α and IL-1β values: After treatment, the two therapies can reduce the TNF-αand IL-1β values in comparison within the group(P<0.05);comparison between the groups shows that TNF-α and IL-1β are improved no statistically significant difference between the two groups in value(P>0.05),and the efficacy was similar.6.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.88%,and that of the control group was 78.79%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Both bamboo circle salt moxibustion and oral celecoxib capsule can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score,VAS score,MODI index, serum TNF-α and IL-1β values in patients with chronic non-specific low back pain of kidney-yang deficiency type, and Bamboo circle salt moxibustion therapy is better than oral celecoxib capsule in improving patients’ TCM syndrome score,VAS score, and MODI index.2.Bamboo circle salt moxibustion is better than oral celecoxib capsule in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain of kidney-yang deficiency type.
