Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Sinus Bradycardia (Heart-Kidney Yang Deficiency Type) By Yougui Pill Combined With Bamboo Ring Salt Moxibustion

ObjectiveBy adding or subtracting Yougui pills and moxibustion with bamboo ring salt to treat sinus bradycardia of heart and kidney yang deficiency type,the average heart rate / slowest heart rate/ fastest heart rate and resting heart rate of 24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram were observed.To explore a new idea of TCM treatment of sinus bradycardia.MethodsFrom 2019.12.20-2020.12.20.60 patients diagnosed as sinus bradycardia(heart and kidney yang deficiency)were randomly divided into trial group and control group,30 cases each.The experimental group was treated with Yougui Pill plus or minus prescription(free decoction granules)combined with bamboo ring salt moxibustion at Shanzhong point and Shenque point.The control group was treated with Xinbao Pill for 4 weeks.The mean,highest and lowest values of heart rate,resting heart rate and safety indexes of 24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram were compared.The data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 software,and the patients were followed up for adverse events during the trial.Results(1)TCM syndrome score: the total effective rate of the test group was 93.33,the control group was 63.33,the test group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.(2)Rest heart rate and 24 h ambulatory electrocardiogram: the fastest heart rate,slowest heart rate and mean heart rate,resting heart rate test group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Both groups had no obvious abnormality in safety index before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion1 Yougui Pill Combined with bamboo circle salt moxibustion at Tanzhong and Shenque points in the treatment of sinus bradycardia(heart kidney yang deficiency type)can significantly improve the average heart rate,maximum heart rate,minimum heart rate and resting heart rate of 24 h Holter.(2)Yougui Pill Combined with bamboo circle salt moxibustion at Tanzhong and Shenque points for sinus bradycardia of heart and kidney yang deficiency type can significantly improve the patients’ discomfort such as chilly limbs,palpitations,chest tightness,shortness of breath,fatigue and insomnia.(3)No serious adverse events occurred after treatment.
