Clinical Effect Of Massage Combined With Compound Tropicamide Eye Drops In The Treatment Of Children With Pseudomyopia

Objective:By observing the difference between the therapeutic effect of massage combined with compound tropikamide eye drops and compound tropikamide eye drops on the international standard visual acuity chart for the treatment of children with pseudomyopia,the difference in the treatment of children’s pseudomyopia with naked distance vision and myopia refractive power,the children with pseudomyopia Provide effective,simple and safe treatment plan.Methods:This study selected 66 children who were admitted to the outpatient department of ophthalmology and massage of Fujian Second People’s Hospital from January 2020 to November 2020 and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of child pseudomyopia in the diagnostic criteria.The children were randomly assigned Divided into a treatment group(Tuina combined with compound tropicamide eye drops)33 cases,and a control group(only using compound tropicamide eye drops)33 cases.Operation: Tuina manipulation once every other day,a total of 15 times;the method of using compound tropikamide eye drops is 1 drop at a time,1 drop at 5 minutes,2 consecutive drops,every night,15 days as a course of treatment,continuous There are 2 courses of treatment for a total of 30 days.After the course of treatment,the international standard visual acuity chart collected before and after treatment was used to statistically analyze the uncorrected distance and myopia refractive power using SPSS26.0 software,and the curative effect was evaluated based on the improvement of the children’s international standard visual acuity chart before and after the treatment.Results:1.Case completion: in the treatment group,1 case was excluded because 1 case could not cooperate with manual treatment,and 32 cases were actually completed;In the control group,2 cases were excluded because 2 cases did not use drugs regularly,and 31 cases were completed.2.International standard visual acuity chart: the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the uncorrected far vision of the two groups were improved in different degrees,and the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Diopter: the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the diopter of the two groups are reduced in varying degrees,and the treatment group is better than the control group.4.Clinical efficacy evaluation: the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.75%,the total effective rate of the control group was 83.87%,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusions:1.Tuina combined with compound tropikamide eye drops can effectively improve the distance visual acuity and refractive power of the naked eye in the international standard visual acuity chart for children with pseudomyopia,and improve clinical symptoms.2.Conclusion: massage combined with compound tropicamide eye drops can effectively reduce the refraction of children,and the curative effect is better than the simple use of compound tropicamide eye drops,which is worthy of further promotion and research.
