Clinical Observation Of ’Siming Acupoint’ Massage Technique In Treating Pseudomyopia In Children

Objective : To observe the clinical effect of’Siming acupoint ’massage technique in the treatment of pseudomyopia in children,and to provide a safe,reasonable and effective treatment for pseudomyopia in children.Methods : A total of 64 children with pseudomyopia who met the requirements were collected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with’Siming acupoint ’ massage technique,and the control group was treated with conventional massage therapy,once every other day,three times a week,six times as a course of treatment,for two consecutive courses of treatment.The naked eye vision,diopter before pupil dilation,and eye symptom scores of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded and statistically analyzed to compare the efficacy differences between the two treatments.Results : After treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was 96.7 % in the observation group and 83.3 % in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.There were significant differences in naked vision and refraction between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly better than the control group in improving naked vision and reducing refraction(P<0.01).After 2 months of follow-up,the naked vision of the observation group was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.01).There was significant difference in the total score of eye symptoms between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was better than the control group in improving eye soreness,dry discomfort,squinting and blurred vision(P<0.05).Conclusion : Both’Siming acupoint ’massage technique and conventional massage have curative effects in the treatment of children with pseudomyopia.However,compared with the clinical efficacy,’Siming acupoint’ massage technique is more effective.After two months of treatment,the follow-up shows that the effect of ’Siming acupoint ’massage technique is more stable,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
