Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of Jiawei Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease of Shaoyang Taiyin syndrome.Methods: Using a randomized controlled research method,70 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease of Shaoyang Taiyin syndrome were enrolled according to the standard,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was treated with Jiawei Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion,control The group was given esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets orally.The reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ)score,TCM syndrome score,and clinical efficacy were used as observation indicators to evaluate the safety and safety of Jiawei Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Shaoyang Taiyin Syndrome Effectiveness.result:1.A total of 70 patients were included in the study,of which 66 patients completed the clinical observation,2 cases in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group,the total loss rate was 5.71%.2.Comparison of differences in baseline data: The two groups of patients were statistically processed in terms of gender,age,and disease course,and there was no significant difference,and they were balanced and comparable(P>0.05).3.After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was90.91%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 75.76%.The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of the total scores of TCM syndromes,the scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);In comparison between the groups before and after treatment,the observation group has obvious advantages in improving acid reflux,heartburn,gastric fullness,bowel movements and loose stools.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of belching,loss of appetite,and cold hands and feet There was no significant difference in the improvement effect of bitter mouth and dry throat between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.In terms of RDQ points,both groups can reduce the patient’s RDQ points(P<0.05),and the observation group is better than the control group(P<0.05).6.In terms of safety and adverse reactions,there were no obvious clinically significant abnormal changes in general vital signs,blood routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram in the two groups,and no adverse reactions and adverse events occurred.Conclusion: Modified Chaihu Guizhiganjiang Decoction combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,TCM symptom efficacy score and RDQ score of patients with Shaoyang Taiyin syndrome gastroesophageal reflux disease.The clinical efficacy is definite and the safety is good.
