The Clinical Study Of Qingshi Zhiyang Lotion In The Treatment Of Perianal Eczema With Downward Injection Of Dampness And Heat

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of Qingshi Zhiyang lotion in the treatment of perianal eczema of damp-heat downward injection,so as to prove the clinical efficacy of Qingshi Zhiyang lotion in the treatment of perianal eczema of damp-heat downward injection,to provide a more effective,safe and popularized method for clinical treatment of perianal eczema.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatients of the anorectal Department of Fujian Provincial People’s Hospital from April 2020 to January 2021.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Qingshi Zhiyang lotion and the control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream.The degree of perianal pruritus,the area of perianal eczema,the shape of skin rash and perianal exudate were observed and recorded on the first visit,the 7th day of treatment and the end of the course of treatment.Dermatosis quality of life score and other related indicators,after the end of the course of treatment,the relevant statistical analysis was carried out to analyze and compare the difference in curative effect between the two groups after treatment.Results:1.During the period of this study,1 case in the treatment group withdrew automatically,1 case did not take the medicine according to the regulations,1 case in the control group was not reexamined after 7 days of medication,1 case withdrew automatically,a total of 4 cases were removed,and finally 56 cases were completed,28 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.2.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease,degree of anal pruritus,area of perianal eczema,shape of rash,perianal exudate and quality of life of dermatosis between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.On the 7th day of treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in relieving anal pruritus,reducing perianal exudation,improving the area of perianal eczema,the shape of skin rash and the quality of life of dermatosis(P > 0.05).4.On the 14th day of treatment,there was no significant difference in reducing the area of perianal eczema between the two groups(P > 0.05),but the curative effect of the treatment group in improving the degree of anal pruritus,the shape of skin rash,perianal exudate and the quality of life of skin diseases was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.According to the observation and analysis of the final overall curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.86%,while that of the control group was 85.71%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the rank sum test showed that the two groups had a significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The sitting bath of Qingshi Zhiyang lotion is effective in the treatment of perianal eczema,especially in improving perianal pruritus,reducing perianal exudate,promoting the recovery of skin lesions and improving the quality of life of patients.it is better than triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream,but there is no significant difference between triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream and triamcinolone acetonide econazole cream.All in all,it is a safe,effective and economical treatment.
