Correlation Study Of Xiaoyan Shengji Ointment On The Expression Of BFGF And VEGF After Operation Of Perianal Abscess

Objective:The changes of serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)before and 14 days after treatment were observed by comparing Xiaoyan Shengji ointment and Rivnur topical application in the treatment of postoperative wounds of perianal abscess.The therapeutic effects and differences of wound pain,wound exudation,wound edge edema,wound healing rate and wound healing time were observed and compared between the two groups.To study and explore the mechanism of Xiaoyan Shengji ointment in promoting wound healing after perianal abscess operation.Methods:From May 2020 to January 2021,60 patients with perianal abscess who were hospitalized in the first Department of anus and intestines of the people’s Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria were selected.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyanshengji ointment gauze and the control group was treated with Rivnur gauze.The changes of serum VEGF and bFGF concentrations before and 14 days after treatment were observed and recorded.The wound pain,wound exudation and wound edge edema were measured and recorded on the 7th,14th and 21st day after operation.The wound healing rate was calculated and the overall curative effect was compared.Follow-up and record the time of wound healing.Results:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,original wound area,expression of VEGF and bFGF before treatment between the two groups,and there was comparability between the two groups.2.Comparing the expression levels of VEGF and bFGF between the two groups before and after treatment,the expression levels of VEGF and bFGF in the treatment group and the control group after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment.Compared with the control group,the expression levels of VEGF and bFGF in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.3.There was no significant difference in postoperative wound pain between the two groups on the 7th day after operation(P > 0.05),but on the 14th and 21st day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in wound exudation between the two groups on the 7th day after operation(P > 0.05),but on the 14th and 21st day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.There were significant differences in postoperative wound margin edema between the two groups on the 7th,14th and 21st day after operation(P < 0.05).6.There were significant differences in postoperative wound area between the two groups on the 7th,14th and 21st day after operation(P < 0.05).7.There was significant difference in wound healing rate between the two groups on the 21st day after operation(P < 0.05).8.Comparing the overall curative effect of the two groups after operation,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 100%,while that of the control group was 92%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).9.There was significant difference in postoperative wound healing time between the two groups(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of Xiaoyan Shengji ointment in the treatment of perianal abscess can increase the expression level of serum VEGF and bFGF,promote wound healing after perianal abscess operation,significantly relieve wound pain,reduce wound exudation,reduce wound margin edema,accelerate wound repair and shorten healing time.
