Effect Of Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction Combined With Rehabilitation Exercise On Shoulder Joint Function In Elderly Patients With Surgical Neck Fracture Of Humerus

Objective:To observe the effect of Zhuangjin Xugu decoction combined with rehabilitation exercise on shoulder joint function of elderly patients with surgical neck fracture of humerus,so as to provide clinical basis for Zhuangjin Xugu Decoction to promote shoulder joint function recovery of elderly patients with surgical neck fracture of humerus.Method:The subjects were 60 patients with humeral surgical neck fracture who were hospitalized in the Department of orthopedics and traumatology,people’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2019 to December 2020.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.Control group: conventional treatment + rehabilitation exercise after open reduction and locking plate(LPHP)internal fixation;experimental group: Zhuangjin Xugu decoction was added on the basis of control group.The follow-up time was 12 weeks.The clinical healing time,clinical efficacy evaluation,visual analogue scale(VAS)and constant Murley shoulder score were used to evaluate the treatment effect.The above data were analyzed by spss20.0 software package.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and fracture classification between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.In terms of constant Murley shoulder score: after treatment,the scores of each follow-up time point in the two groups were significantly increased(P < 0.05);after treatment,the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups at 12 weeks 05).3.In terms of VAS score: there was no significant difference between the two groups before operation(P > 0.05),which was comparable;before and after treatment,the VAS score of each follow-up time point in the two groups was significantly lower than that before operation,with significant difference(P < 0.05);after treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 3days,1 week and 2 weeks after operation,with significant difference There was no significant difference between the two groups 4 weeks after operation(P > 0.05).4.In terms of clinical healing time: in the follow-up,the clinical healing time of the experimental group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.In terms of clinical efficacy: after 12 weeks of clinical efficacy evaluation,25 cases were cured,5 cases were improved and 0 case was not cured in the experimental group;17 cases were cured,13 cases were improved and 0 case was not cured in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05)..Conclusion:The clinical effect of Zhuangjin Xugu decoction combined with rehabilitation exercise in the treatment of elderly humeral surgical neck fracture is significant,which has more advantages than conventional postoperative treatment.It can improve the clinical symptoms earlier,effectively improve the efficiency of rehabilitation exercise,shorten the fracture healing time,improve shoulder joint function and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
