Observation On The Curative Effect Of Single Acupoint Injection At Knot In Belly Acupoint Combined With Reverse Breathing Training In The Treatment Of Old Age Functional Constipation(Qi Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:The papers tries to observe the short-term and long-term efficacy of single acupoint injection at Knot in Belly Acupoint combined with reverse breathing training in the treatment of Old Age Functional Constipation(qi deficiency syndrome)in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of Old Age Functional Constipation.Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,60 patients who meet the inclusion criteria are selected in Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and randomly divided into the experimenal group and the control group with 30 patients in each.The control group is treated with oral “polyethylene glycol 4000 powder” for 2 weeks,and the experimenal group is additionally treated with acupoint injection and reverse breathing training for 2 weeks on the basis of the control group.The frequency of weekly spontaneous defecation,TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of constipation patients before and after treatment,as well as the frequency of weekly spontaneous defecation and recurrence rate after 1 month of treatment are observed to evaluate its effectiveness,long-term efficacy.SPSS20.0 is used for statistical analysis.T test or rank sum test is used for measurement data.Chi-square test is used for enumeration data,and rank sum test is used for ranked data.Results:1.Baseline data: There is no statistical significance in age,gender,illness degree,weekly frequency of spontaneous defecation,TCM syndrome score,and quality of life scale score of constipation patients between the two groups before treatment,indicating comparability(P>0.05).2.Weekly frequency of spontaneous defecation: After 2 weeks of treatment,the average number of weekly spontaneous defecation in both groups is more than 3 times,and the number in the experimenal group is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Follow-up visit 1 month after the end of treatment shows that the number of weekly spontaneous defecation decreases in both groups,but is still higher than before treatment,and the number of weekly spontaneous defecation in the experimenal group is higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.TCM syndrome:(1)Total score of TCM syndrome: After 2 weeks of treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in both groups is lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the total score of TCM syndrome in the experimenal group is lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)Single integral of TCM syndrome: After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of each syndrome in the two groups are lower than those before treatment;after treatment,there is significant difference between the two groups in 5 integrals,i.e.weak defecation,dull abdominal pain,enjoyment of pressing and rubbing the belly,fatigue and laziness to speak,and loss of appetite(P<0.05),but there is no significant difference between the two groups in2 integrals,i.e.tongue condition and pulse condition after treatment.4.Quality of life scale(PAC-QOL)score of constipation patients: After 2 weeks of treatment,the total score of PAC-QOL in both groups is lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the total score of PAC-QOL in the experimenal group is significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Overall curative effect: After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the experimenal group is 96.55%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 78.57%,and the overall efficacy of the experimenal group is better than that of the control group(P <0.05).6.Long-term curative effect: Follow-up visit 1 month after the end of treatment shows that the recurrence rate in the experimenal group is 3.57%,and the recurrence rate in the control group is 27.27%,and the difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Safety: There are no adverse reactions and adverse events in the course of treatment in both groups.Conclusion:The short-term and long-term efficacy and safety of single acupoint injection at Knot in Belly Acupoint combined with reverse breathing training in the treatment of Old Age Functional Constipation(qi deficiency syndrome)is definite,which can improve the quality of life of patients,and the effect is better than that of oral polyethylene glycol 4000 powder alone.There is no obvious adverse reaction,and it can be further studied and clinically promoted.
