[Purpose]Through clinical observation,I will research that the effect of acupuncture point injection with the treatment of refractory functional constipation is whether or not a better method of clinical treatment.[Ways]Take the 60 patiens who are after the specialist diagnosis into two groups using random number method according to the age and course.The two groups have the same prescription of acupuncture.Controlgroup pinprick only.Treatment group inject vitamin B₁ 1 ml per point at both dachangshu and tianshu points.Other points Pinprick the same as the control group.The course is 2 wee.ks and treat cnce a day.Abserve daily defecation situation and record defecation diary.After treatment,take statistical analysises in each group and betweentwo groups before and after.[Results]1.Treatment group has 18 effective patients and 12 invalid patients,and the efficient is about 60%.Control group has 23 effective patients and 7 invalid patients, and the efficient is about 76.7%.By chi-square test,the value of chi-square is 1.926,p=0.267,the effect of acupuncture point injection with the treatment of refractory constipation is quite simply with the effect of acupuncture treatment.2.Treatment group and control group samples positive factor match t test,both before and after treatment are effective.and both p＜0.05,differences are significant.Both before and after the positive factors are improved.3.Treatment group and control group matched groups t-test,the bowel movement frequency(p=0.011)and the bowel movement time(p=0.012),differences are significant. The both symptom improvement rate of the control group is better than the treatment group[Conclusion]1.The effect of acupuncture point injection with the treatment of refractory constipation is quite simply with the effect of acupuncture treatment.2.Both before and after the positive factors are improved.3.Both the bowel movement frequency and the bowel movement time improvement rate of the acupuncture group is better than the acupuncture point injection group.4.The results suggest that:Point injection of vitamin B1 may not be an effective way of the treatment of refractory constipation.
