The Construction And Preliminary Application Of The Evaluation Index System Of Humanistic Care Ability Of Clinical Nurses Based On Noddings’ Care Theory

Objective:The aim is to explore the humanistic care ability that clinical nurses should have.Based on Noddings’ theory of care,the evaluation index system of clinical nurses’ humanistic care ability is preliminarily constructed,and according to the evaluation index system,the questionnaire is set up to investigate the current situation of clinical nurses’ humanistic care ability,and the influencing factors are analyzed,so as to provide reference for improving clinical nurses’ humanistic care ability.Methods:1 Construction of the evaluation index system of humanistic care ability of clinical nurses.Based on remote care theory,using literature research,the semi-structured interview research topics related to information collection,preliminary plan draft evaluation index system of clinical nurses ability of humanistic care,adopt the Delphi expert consultation method,through two rounds of expert advice to revise and improve index,evaluation index system of clinical nurses ability of humanistic care.Analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of each index and the combined weight.According to the evaluation index system of humanistic caring ability of clinical nurses,the Questionnaire for Evaluation of humanistic caring ability of clinical nurses was compiled and its reliability and validity were tested.2 Investigation on the current situation of humanistic care ability of clinical nurses.Clinical nurses from a third-grade hospital in Anhui Province were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to understand the current situation and influencing factors of clinical nurses’ humanistic care ability.Results:1 Four themes were extracted from the interview: nurses need to set an example in the caring relationship;Both the nurse and the patient express their own feelings can better promote the development of caring relationship;Nurses need to practice caring skills,improve their own practical ability;The caring relationship that both nurse and patient are fully recognized is conducive to the further implementation of humanistic care.2 The recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaires were 96.67% and 100%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.86 and0.87,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficient of the first round of expert letter consultation is 0.082,and that of the second round is 0.076.The average values of each index ranged from 4.69 to 4.93.The coefficient of variation ranged from 0.052 to 0.169,and the scores met the requirements.3 The evaluation index system of humanistic care ability of clinical nurses based on Noddings is constructed,including 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 92 third-level indicators,which are divided into three modules: head nurse,clinician and inpatient.4 Cronbach’s α coefficients of the questionnaire of clinical nurses’ caring ability were 0.903,0.832 and 0.750,respectively;The fractional and semi-correlation coefficients were 0.755,0.702 and 0.610,respectively.Spearman-Brown coefficients were 0.757,0.712 and 0.610,respectively.I-CVI was between 0.8 and 1,and S-CVI was between 84.4% and 87.9%.KMO values were 0.792,0.750,and 0.739,and Barlett spherical test values were 1513.450,1163.144,and 1134.201(P < 0.05).Principal component analysis and common factor rotation method were used in exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rates of the first four common factors were 82.629%,79.616%,and 64.973%,respectively.The four common factors were corresponding to the first-level indicators in the questionnaire.5 Status quo survey humanistic care ability of a 3 armour hospital clinical nurses in Anhui Province at a higher level(average serves > 80%),in the department,gender,nationality,the first record of formal schooling,whether to have religious beliefs,political landscape,the family home,whether for the one-child,marital status,the personnel status of clinical nurses ability does not affect humanity care and score differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05);Age,working years,professional title,position,final educational background,whether to give birth,whether to participate in humanistic care training had effects on the humanistic care ability of clinical nurses(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1 Based on Noddings’ care theory,the evaluation index system of clinical nurses’ humanistic care ability is constructed,including 4 first-level indicators,12second-level indicators and 92 third-level indicators.2 The Questionnaire for Evaluation of Clinical Nurses’ Humanistic Care Capability was prepared and its reliability and validity were tested.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good.3 Clinical nurses’ humanistic care ability is at a high level(scoring rate > 80%).Professional title,working years and whether they have received humanistic care knowledge training are the main factors affecting the humanistic care ability of clinical nurses.
