| Objective Exploreing the affect of asymptomatic carotid artery stenosis(ACAS)on perceive function,and to research the connection between P300 latency and perception.Method1.experimental subjects: from October 2018 to January 2020,120 ACAS patients in neurology at The Third People’s Hospital in Bengbu City are in the stenosis group,and 50 patients with synchronous normal health checkups consistent with age are the control group.2.Experimental methods: Compare the clinical baseline data of age,sex,education level,smoking,drinking and number of patients with hypertension,diabetes and coronary sclerosis.The latency of P300 was be recorded,and the cognitive impairment of patients was assessed by Mo CA.Comparing the MOCA score,P300 latency and the number of cognitive impairment between the two groups,the correlation between P300 latency and MOCA scale score was obtained,The correlation between the P300 incubation period and the evaluation of the Mo CA quantity table was obtained.and the stenosis group was broken down into the stenosis of the neck artery was divided into mild stenosis group(45 cases reduced by less than30%),moderate stenosis group(40 cases reduced by 30%~69%)and severe stenosis group(35 cases reduced by 70%~99%),and then the incidence of cognitive impairment among the three groups was compared.ResultsThere is no statistical difference between the two groups in the clinical basis data.(P > 0.05).The Mo CA scores and the latency of P300 was(25.78±2.66)vs(27.64±1.35),(338.88±53.49)vs(293.22±11.40),respectively.the difference between the two groups(t=5.069,8.40)The patients who have the diagnostic criteria of cognitive impairment accounted for 2%(1/50)in the control group and 25%(30/120)in the stenosis group,and the difference between the two groups(χ~2=12.552,P<0.01).With the increase of stenosis degree,the score of Mo CA decreased,the latency of P300 prolonged,and the number of cognitive disorder increased.There were significant differences between stenosis group and control group,and between mild,moderate and severe stenosis subgroups in stenosis group(P < 0.05).Correlation analysis showed that P300 latency was negatively correlated with Mo CA score(r=-0.862).Conclusion ACAS patients often have cognitive impairment,and the degree of stenosis is related to the decline of cognitive impairment.P300 latency is correlated with cognitive impairment,and its role in evaluating cognitive impairment deserves further study. |
