| In recent years,cognitive diagnostic assessment has been widely used in clinical psychological assessment.Cognitive diagnostic assessment is a new measurement technology,which aims to deeply explore the internal mental activity rules and processing mechanism of the individual,and diagnose the individual from the microscopic perspective,to realize the accurate measurement of the individual cognitive process and provide the corresponding remedial methods.Cognitive diagnostic assessment in clinical psychological assessment disorders has two core tools: diagnostic test and diagnostic classification model.However,the current clinical psychological barriers evaluation used in diagnostic test is in the form of likert test,and this kind of single stimulus in the form of the psychology class test confirmed the participants will exist such as halo effect,acquiescence reaction and social approved such as deviation,and this response bias will greatly influence the outcome of the final test.Force-choice test(FC),as an effective test preparation technique to solve the problem of response bias in traditional Likert personality assessment,has shown great application prospect in personality test and high-stakes personality selection since its appearance.The unique answer form of forced choice test determines that it can only be used in psychological tests,but not in the field of educational evaluation.The results show that the forced choice test can solve the problem of response bias in Likert form test to some extent and prevent the participants from cheating.Therefore,this study intends to introduce forced selection into the clinical psychological assessment of cognitive diagnosis.Through the anti-fraud effect of forced selection,problems such as response bias in the field of clinical psychological assessment of cognitive diagnosis can be further alleviated or eliminated,so as to make the results of diagnosis more real and effective.Specifically,this study intends to develop a new diagnostic classification model based on forced selection test data,verify the feasibility of the new model through simulation study,and verify the practicability of this model in practical application by compiling a forced selection diagnostic test.The results show that the forced selection diagnostic classification model developed in this study has high accuracy of parameter estimation and attribute classification.In practical application,the model also shows its role of anti-fraud and has good practicability. |
