Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Opioid-related Constipation In Patients With Cancer Pain By Jianwei Qingchang Mixture

Objective:By observing the effects of Jianwei Qingchang Mixture on the TCM Syndrome Score and Quality of Life Scale(PAC-QOL)in patients with Qi stagnation type opioid-related constipation,the clinical efficacy and drug safety of Jianwei Qingchang Mixture were evaluated It provides effective and feasible methods for the prevention and treatment of opioid-related constipation by Chinese medicine,and also provides theoretical and data support for further in-depth research and clinical applicati on of Jianwei Qingchang Mixture.Methods:The method used in this study is a randomized.Selected patients with OIC cancer pain who used oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for pain relief,and met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this project,80 cases were divid-ed into observation group and group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The treatment group was given the hospital preparation Jianwei Qingchang mixture,and the group was given oral lactulose oral liquid.The treatment time was 2 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety of Jianwe-i Qingchang mixture were evaluated by comparing the relevant test indexes.Results:1.In terms of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the effective rate of the treatment group was 85%,and the control group was 80%.There was no significant difference in the efficacy evaluation results of the TCM syndromes of constipation between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Symptom scores of patients with constipation: After treatment,the PAC-SYM scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).3.In terms of quality of life scores for constipation patients: After treatment,thePAC-QOL scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the PAC-QOL scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group;The difference was st-atistically significant(P<0.05).4.Satisfaction: in the observation time of 2 weeks,the satisfaction of the treatme nt group was 77.50% and the satisfaction of the control group was 57.50%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups,P<0.05.5.Safety observation indexes: there was no statistical difference between the safet-y indexes of alanine transaminase,glutam-ic oxalacetic transaminase,creatinine and ur ea nitrogen before and after treatment P values were>0.05.6.Adverse reactions: in this study,the main adverse reactions were nausea,vomit-ing,diarrhea and abdominal pain caused by drugs,which improved after symptomatict reatment,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Jianwei Qingchang Mixture is the same as lactulose oral liquid in improving t he clinical symptoms of Qi stagnation OIC;2.During the 2-week clinicalobservation period,Jianwei Qingchang Mixture can r educe Qi stagnation OIC patients The PAC-QOL score improves the quality of life of OIC patients and has a high degr-ee of satisfaction.3.Jianwei Qingchang Mixture has a clear clinical effect in the treatment of OIC and can be promoted and used.
