Research background: The incidence of allergic diseases is increasing year by year,and often occurs in the same patient at the same time.It covers a large group of diseases such as asthma and allergic rhinitis.Due to the current specialization of specialists,specialists often fail to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the disease.Multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment(MDT)has become a new medical model actively advocated,but for allergic diseases,this model is currently less studied.In order to create MDT for allergic diseases,an information system needs to be developed to provide a data platform for it.Research purpose: Based on the business model of multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases and the application of clinical data as the guide,build an information model for clinical use and depend on this system to support the clinical diagnosis and treatment of MDT and scientific research.Research content and methods: Through questionnaire surveys,grasp the views and needs of children and their families on multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment;clear the content and form of collected data through expert interviews;determine multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment business models through group discussions,and then build a clinical information model contained "Scenario","Event" and "Activity" for allergic diseases;based on the information model,design a clinical data center for allergic diseases and explore its further applications.Research results and conclusions: The study clarified the data content and data form required for model establishment,including 18 entries and 84 fields.The business model of multi-disciplinary diagnosis and treatment was determined,and then an information model covering 3 major "Scenarios",12 "Events" and 32 "Activities" of allergic diseases was constructed.On this basis,the architecture and infrastructure of clinical data center are designed,which lays a foundation for the construction of clinical data center for allergic diseases in the future.
