Analysis Of Related Factors In Recurrence Of Ovarian Endometriotic Cysts

Background and PurposeEndometriosis is the presence of growths of endometrial tissue(glands and stroma)outside the uterine mucosa.As the most common types,the clinical symptoms of ovarian endometriosis are mostly manifested as pelvic pain,infertility,pelvic mass.At present,the main clinical treatment is surgery,but the recurrence rate is high.The purpose of this study was to investigate the relapsing related factors of ovarian endometriosis by statistical analysis of the clinical data of patients with and without recurrence within 5 years after fertility preserving surgery in our hospital.Research MethodsA total of 412 patients who underwent laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal in our hospital from September 2004 to September 2014 and were confirmed as endometriotic cyst by pathology after surgery were followed up for 5 years.According to whether there was recurrence within 5 years,the patients were divided into the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group,with 98 patients in the recurrence group and 314 patients in the nonrecurrence group.The clinical data of 2 groups of patients were collected and analyzed retrospectively.And we compared the relationship between age,marriage status,educational level,postoperative pregnancy and 18 variables of the two groups and postoperative recurrence.Univariate and multivariate unconditional logistic regression were used to analyze the relapsing-related factors.Research ResultsThe results of logistic regression analysis showed that the p value of dysmenorrhea,high intraoperative stage and the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes before operation were less than 0.05 and b value was greater than 0.Before operation,the number of labor ≥ 2 times,intraoperative electrocautery of cyst wall focus,postoperative Gn RH-α treatment,postoperative pregnancy group P value is less than 0.05,b value is less than0.Research ConclusionDysmenorrhea,high intraoperative staging and neutrophil lymphocyte ratio were risk factors for recurrence of ovarian endometriosis.Preoperative delivery times ≥2 times,postoperative Gn RH-a management,electrocautery of cyst wall,and postoperative pregnancy were protective factors for recurrence of ovarian endometriosis.This conclusion is based on the analysis of clinical data of 412 patients from 2004 to 2014.The sample size is large and persuasive.At the same time,the indexes of intraoperative electrocautery and preoperative inflammation(leukocyte level,percentage of neutrophils,Neutrophil lymphocyte ratio)are introduced into this study,which is innovative.
