Objective to understand the mindfulness level,health belief and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer;to analyze mindfulness,health belief and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer;to explore the correlation between mindfulness level,health belief and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer;to explore the influence of mindfulness training intervention on health belief and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer.Methods in the first stage,200 patients with colorectal cancer in a Affiliated Hospital of a university in southern Jiangsu Province were selected randomly.The mindfulness level,health belief and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer were investigated by general information questionnaire,five factor mindfulness scale(ffmq),colorectal cancer health belief scale and self-management efficacy scale(c-supph)In the second stage,Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between mindfulness level,health belief and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer;in the third stage,intervention study,80 patients with colorectal cancer were selected as the research objects by random number method,and they were divided into study group and control group.The control group was given conventional psychological nursing,and the experimental group was given control group Group A was given mbcr group therapy for 8 weeks,and the health belief and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer before and after mindfulness training intervention were analyzed.Results(1)the mindfulness level,health belief and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer were found to be at a low level,in which mindfulness level,health belief and self-management efficacy were positively correlated;(2)after mindfulness training intervention on health belief and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer,the mindfulness level,health belief level and self-management efficacy of patients with colorectal cancer in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group The scores of self-management efficacy in the intervention group were 109.37 ± 10.89,122.98 ±9.21 and 105.36 ± 12.85,respectively.The scores of three items in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Mindfulness cancer rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the health belief and self-management efficiency of patients with colorectal cancer,which has high application value in clinical promotion.In order to provide theoretical support for mindfulness therapy and provide scientific services for patients with colorectal cancer,this study only conducted a preliminary qualitative and quantitative study on mindfulness level,health belief level and self-management efficacy of some patients before and after the intervention.
