Objective:To analyze the prognostic value of serum CA19-9,CA125 and CEA in patients with preoperative GBC.Methods:Retrospective analysis of patients who underwent radical resection of gallbladder cancer in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2010 to January 2020.Preoperative serum tumor marker concentrations, treatment methods, pathological stages, clinical stages, and tumor-free survival were collected.Time, recurrence time, metastasis and survival time and other indicators are studied.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. All measurement data were represented by `χ ± s,and all enumeration data were compared by t test or χ2test.P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results:By the end of follow-up,14 of the 79 patients were still alive and 65 died. The mean survival time was 38.377±4.65 months, and the median survival time was 13.6months.The one-year,three-year and five-year survival rates were 59.96%,26.15%and 25.64% respectively.CEA,CA125,degree of differentiation and tumor size were the independent risk factors for postoperative prognosis of GBC.Patients with high levels of CEA,CA19-9,and CA125 before surgery had a shorter postoperative survival time than those in the low-level group.Patients with high levels of CA125 are more likely to relapse after surgery than those with low levels.Preoperative serum CA125 level in GBC patients with lymph node invasion was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node invasion, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:This study found that preoperative serum CEA,CA19-9,and CA125 have a good evaluation value for the prognosis of GBC patients:1.Serum CEA and serum CA125 levels are independent risk factors that affect the prognosis of GBC patients.2.Patients with high levels of CEA,CA19-9,and CA125 before surgery had a shorter postoperative survival time than those in the low-level group.3.Patients with high levels of CA125 are more likely to relapse after surgery than those with low levels.4.The preoperative serum CA125 level helps predict lymph node metastasis in GBC patients, and the best cut-off value is 36.25U/ml.
