Objective:Based on the Trans-theoretical model,Delphi method and literature review were used to construct the oral health education program suitable for chronic periodontitis patients in China.To explore the effect of the health education program of periodontitis based on the cross theoretical model on patients with chronic periodontitis,in order to provide guidance and suggestions for improving the periodontal health level and oral life quality of patients with chronic periodontitis and promote the application and promotion of the health education program in chronic periodontitis patients and nursing staff.Method:1.Consult the relevant domestic and foreign literature and consult relevant experts,sort out the contents of the documents and expert opinions,and initially form the preliminary draft of health education plan for periodontitis patients based on the cross theoretical model.Delphi method was used for two rounds of expert consultation,and the final draft of health education program for patients with chronic periodontitis based on cross theoretical model was formed.2.137 patients were selected from June to December 2020 in the periodontal Department of Nanchang University Affiliated oral hospital by using the design of experimental research.According to the inclusion criteria,144 patients were divided into two groups according to the single and double signs of the initial visit sequence.The patients in the two groups were intervened by routine oral health education in periodontal Department(control group)and chronic periodontitis health education program based on cross theoretical model(observation group).Baseline data,oral health behavior stage,oral health behavior,oral health self-efficacy scale and oral health impact scale scores of the two groups were collected before the intervention,and collected again 1,3 and 6 months after the intervention.The changes of various indicators of the two groups before and after the intervention were compared.Result:1.The effective recovery rate of two rounds of expert consultation was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.811 and 0.835 respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficient(W)was 0.376 and 0.362 respectively(P < 0.05).Finally,a total of 30 health education programs for patients with chronic periodontitis were formed,which were divided into five stages: pre intention,intention,preparation,action and maintenance.2.There was no significant difference in the stages of oral health behaviors,oral health behaviors,self-efficacy and oral health effects between the two groups before the intervention(P > 0.05);the oral health care behaviors of the observation group were at the stage,oral health behavior,self-efficacy level of oral health care and oral health effects in the observation group 1,3 and 6 months after intervention The level of the noise was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.The oral health education program of patients with chronic periodontitis based on the cross theoretical model can be applied to different stages of health intervention activities,including health education evaluation and health education implementation,forming a six-month system and professional health education support system throughout the treatment period of chronic periodontitis and until the end of treatment.2.The health education program of chronic periodontitis based on the The Trans-theoretical Model can promote patients to establish good oral health behavior,improve oral health self-efficacy,promote and maintain periodontal health,and improve the quality of life.
