With the development of science and information technology,medical ultrasound equipment plays a more and more important role in daily medical treatment.In practical medical applications,with the increasing number of medical imaging equipment,different medical images have different requirements for image quality parameters such as resolution.So it is necessary to recognize the characters in patients’ medical images to realize the classification of different medical image files.At the same time,in order to effectively save the results of medical ultrasound equipment,it is necessary to collect and store the image information,which leads to a sharp increase in the amount of data stored in medical image records.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of low resolution and complex background interference encountered in medical image application,a text recognition model based on multi-scale convolutional neural network is proposed in this paper.The text position of medical image is detected by the improved text detection algorithm,which solves the problem of traditional recognition method in medical image recognition.By adding multi-scale convolution kernel and enhanced data set training,the problem of complex background interference and low recognition rate due to low resolution in medical images is effectively solved.Finally,the algorithm is tested by medfix data set.The experimental results show that the method has higher recognition accuracy,recall rate and F1-measure than the traditional recognition method.(2)Aiming at the problem of data explosion in medical ultrasound video recording equipment,a new doctor recording mode is designed in this paper by using image perception hash algorithm.In this mode,the system analyzes the video picture in real time and judges whether the picture changes with the help of perceptual hash algorithm,and then intelligently pauses or starts the recording,achieved the goal of reducing invalid information storage and reducing the amount of data in the video storage file.
