Research On Medical Collaboration And Data Sharing Based On Blockchain And Secret Sharing

The medical industry is closely related to citizens’ lives.Some medical scenarios require multi-institution collaboration and data sharing.Usually,there is no trust relationship between organizations in the process of collaboration and data sharing,which leads to higher costs of collaboration and data sharing.There are a lot of human factors in the process of medical collaboration and data sharing,which is further improved this reduces the cost of medical collaboration and data sharing.In addition,the data center of an organization often has problem of single point of failure risk,which is likely to cause service failure due to data center failure.To solve these problems,this thesis designs a scheme of medical collaboration and data sharing based on the blockchain and secret sharing technology,combined with the specific medical collaboration and data sharing scenarios of tuberculosis prevention and control,which is effective in the availability,integrity,and integrity of data sharing access security is protected.The solution proposed in this article is divided into two main components:intra-organization collaboration and inter-organization collaboration.In-organization collaboration uses a variety of access control technologies,combined with blockchain technology and BTG strategies,to achieve flexible access control to members of the organization;Inter-organizational collaboration is based on blockchain technology and secret sharing technology to realize data operations between organizations.Inter-organizational collaboration keeps unmodifiable and undeletable log records for data operations on the blockchain,and at the same time uses secret sharing technology to eliminate single points of failure.The scheme involved in this article adopts two-stage access control for data operation requests,and separately controls the organizations and users requesting the operation data to avoid illegal access to the data.Finally,this thesis shows the prototype system of data management of the tuberculosis prevention and control electronic platform based on this thesis and analyzes the safety of this thesis from three aspects:data availability,data integrity,and data access security.This article finally forms a set of usable medical collaboration and data sharing solutions,which can realize medical collaboration and data sharing under the premise of ensuring data security.
