Objective:1.The Questionnaire on Knowledge,Attitude and Practice of Influenza Vaccination in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure was compiled to investigate the knowledge, attitude and behavior of influenza vaccination in patients with chronic heart failure.2.To investigate the current situation of influenza vaccination knowledge, attitude and behavior in patients with chronic heart failure, and to analyze the influencing factors of influenza vaccination knowledge, attitude and behavior,so as to provide reference for the further development of influenza vaccination health intervention strategy.3.The intervention study on knowledge, attitude and practice of influenza vaccination in patients with chronic heart failure was carried out to compare the changes of knowledge, attitude and practice of influenza vaccination before intervention and 3 months after intervention to evaluate the effect of intervention.Methods:1.Questionnaire preparation and reliability and validity test:(1)Through literature research, patients interview and experts interview, the questionnaire item pool was formed initially;(2)Two rounds of Delphi experts consultation were conducted to form a questionnaire for clinical testing;(3)The Cronbach’s α coefficient of 189 patients with chronic heart failure were tested by pre-investigation with clinical test questionnaire;Six experts were invited to score the questionnaire and calculate the content validity of the questionnaire, the final version of Questionnaire on Knowledge,Attitude and Practice of Influenza Vaccination in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure was formed.2.Cross-sectional status survey: Questionnaire on knowledge, attitude and practice of influenza vaccination in patients with chronic heart failure was used to investigate the social demographic data, disease data and knowledge, attitude and practice of influenza vaccination in 300 patients with chronic heart failure in two Grade A general hospitals in Zunyi, and the sampling method is convenience sampling. The present situation of knowledge, attitude and practice of influenza vaccination in patients with chronic heart failure was analyzed, and the influencing factors of knowledge and attitude level were explored by univariate analysis and multiple linear stepwise regression analysis.3.Intervention study: A 3-month health intervention was carried out among 289 effective subjects who completed a cross-sectional survey using the publicity and education tool developed by our research group, after 3 months of intervention, the survey was carried out again using the questionnaire prepared by our research group.Paired sample t-test was used to compare the total scores of influenza vaccination knowledge and belief and the scores of each dimension between patients before intervention and 3 months after intervention.Chisquare test was used to compare the differences in influenza vaccination behavior between patients before intervention and 3 months after intervention.Results:1.Reliability and validity of the questionnaire: There were 35 items in the questionnaire about the knowledge, attitude and practice of influenza vaccination in patients with chronic heart failure.Reliability analysis showed that the internal consistency Cronbach’s α was0.839,and the retest reliability coefficient was 0.842;Validity analysis showed that the value range of I-CVI was 0.83~1.00> 0.78,S-CVI/Ave=0.99>0.90.2.Cross-sectional status survey:(1)The standard scores of influenza vaccination knowledge, attitude and total questionnaire of 289 effective respondents were 56.57±18.13,59.49±19.15 and 57.65±18.38,respectively,indicating that knowledge and attitude were at a low level.4.84% of patients were vaccinated against influenza.(2)Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that age and family per capita monthly income were the influencing factors of knowledge score, attitude score and total score;Work status was the influencing factor of knowledge score and total score;"Did your doctor tell you need to get a flu shot" was a factor that influenced knowledge scores;"Having had the flu or influenzalike symptoms in the past year" was a factor in attitude scores.3.Intervention study: In this study,a total of 266 patients with chronic heart failure were treated with health intervention for 3 months.Standard score of knowledge, standard score of attitude and total standard score of influenza vaccination were higher than those before intervention, with statistical significance(P < 0.001);chi-square test showed that compared with before intervention, influenza vaccination rate of CHF patients increased from 4.84%(14 cases)to 21.43%(57 cases)3 months after intervention, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The Questionnaire on Knowledge,Belief and Practice of Influenza Vaccination in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure has good reliability and validity, and can be used as an evaluation tool to evaluate knowledge, attitude and practice of influenza vaccination in patients with chronic heart failure.2.Patients with chronic heart failure had low levels of influenza vaccination knowledge, attitudes, and behavior, and were influenced by age,per capita monthly household income, work status, whether their physician told them about the need for influenza vaccination, and whether they had influenza in the past year or had influenza-like symptoms.3.Influenza vaccination interventions are effective for patients with chronic heart failure and can improve the level of knowledge, attitude and behavior of patients on influenza vaccination.
