Objective:The purpose of this paper is to understand the distribution status of knowledge, beliefs and behavior patterns of how to prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in different intervals of patients after hip fracture surgery, and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the cognitive status of lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients after hip fracture surgery and formulating targeted nursing intervention strategies. Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study design. The patients with hip fra cture who were hospitalized in the Department of Traumatic Orthopedics and Arthrology of a tertiary hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. The patients with hip fracture who met the inclusion, exclusion and exclusion criteria were selected by simpl e random sampling. The general information questionnaire, orthopedic pat ients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis knowledge-attitude-pr actice scale, social support rating scale, daily life self-care ability score,vi sual analogue scale, and nursing dependence scale were used to continuou sly investigate patients 3 days after hip fracture and 2 weeks after discharg e.SPSS26.0 software was used for data analysis and collation.Descriptive analysis, multiple linear stepwise regression, correlation analysis and vari ance analysis were used to analyze the data.P < 0.05 was considered stati stically significant.Results:(1)Status survey:The total score rate of knowledge, belief and behavior of preventing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients after hip fracture surgery was 60.1%,which was at a moderate(qualified)level. The scores of knowledge, belief and behavior were 21.8%,73.8% and 80.9% respectively. The total score rate of knowledge, belief and behavior of deep venous thrombosis prevention in patients with hip fracture during the transitional period after discharge was 53.9%,which was at a low(unqualified)level. The scores of knowledge, belief and behavior were 19.5%,73.3% and 81.1% respectively.(2)Analysis of influencing factors:Multivariate linear regression showed that age, education level, gender, caregiver and self-care ability had an impact on the prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients after hip fracture surgery.Different nursing dependence, social support level and education level have an impact on the knowledge and behavior of preventing lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with hip fracture during the transitional period after discharge.General information was not statistically significant for beliefs.(3)Correlation analysis:The scores of knowledge, belief and behavior of lower extremity venous thrombosis prevention in hip patients within 3 days after operation and 2 weeks after discharge were from low to high:kn owledge dimension, belief dimension and behavior dimension. The correlat ion coefficients of the three at 3 days after operation were 0.205,0.152 and0.377,and the correlation coefficients between the three at 2 weeks after d ischarge were 0.240,0.323 and 0.470.Conclusions:(1)The knowledge, attitude and practice of prevention of lower extre mity venous thrombosis in patients after hip fracture surgery are generally at a medium(qualified)level, among which the knowledge is relatively la cking, but the prevention attitude is good and the behavior compliance is h igh.(2)The overall level of knowledge, attitude and practice of preventin g lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with hip fracture during t he transitional period after discharge was low(unqualified),which was lo wer than that in each dimension of the hospital, but the overall score rate was less different.(3)The knowledge of prevention of lower extremity venous thrombo sis in patients after hip fracture surgery needs to be popularized. The know ledge of prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis during hospital ization and after discharge has a positive effect on the belief and behavior of prevention of lower extremity venous thrombosis.
