Analysis Of Allergen In 208 Patients With Facial Dermatitis In Sui Ning

Objective: To clear the common allergens of patients with facial dermatitis from Sui Ning,which conduct from patch test and s IgE test for aspiration and food allergen.By comparing the different distribution of allergens of patients,the research hopes to guide facial dermatitis patients in Sui Ning avoid and reduce the recurrence rate of facial dermatitis,improve the quality of life.Methods: From September 2019 to January 2021,208 patients diagnosed as recurrent facial dermatitis from Sui Ning were given the patch test and specific IgE test.The count data was expressed and contrasted between the positive groups was performed by the ?2test using statistical software SPSS26.0,P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results: In 208 patients with facial dermatitis,including 58 male patients and 150 female patients,aged 12-65 years old,the average age of males was(40.39±10.06)years and the average age of females was(33.77±13.21)years,and the course of the disease were both more than 6 months.The incidence of contact dermatitis was the highest,reaching 44.23%.The most common symptom of patients was itching,accounting for 76.92%.Erythema was the most common form of skin lesions.The skin lesions most often occurred at the cheek area,accounting for 43.27%.The total positive rate of patch test was 56%.The top five allergens were nickel sulfate(37.88%),potassium dichromate(12.98%),rosin(12.98%),kappa mixture(11.06%)and cobalt chloride(10.58%).The total positive rate of slg E was78.85%,and the top five allergens were soybean(39.42%),cockroach(34.13%),house dust mite(25.96%),beef(10.96%)and peanut(9.62%).Comparison of positive results of different genders in patch test: there were 208 patients at this study,including 58 male patients and 150 female patients.Twenty-three male patients were positive by patch test,and the positive rate was 39.66%.The top five allergen were nickel sulfate,potassium dichromate,rosin,Kappa mixture and cobalt chloride.93 female patients were positive by patch test,with a positive rate of 62.00%.The top five allergen were nickel sulfate,rosin,chuanmu mixture,thiomersal and Peru balsam.Men and women patients with positive difference statistically difference(χ2=8.47,P<0.05).Rosin and nickel sulfate were collective allergens of the top five allergens in different gender group.Colophony allergen positive difference was not statistically difference between men and women patients(χ2=0.07,P>0.05),the male and female patients with nickel sulfate allergens positive difference was not statistically difference(χ2=0.09,P>0.05).According to the positive results of different sex in slg E assay,there were 38 male patients with positive s IgE test,and the positive rate was 65.52%.The top five allergens were soybean,cockroach,house dust mite combination 1,beef,peanut;126 female patients were positive,and the positive rate was 84.00%.The top five allergens were cockroach,soybean,house dust mite combination 1,beef,peanut.Overall positive difference between men and women groups was statistically significant(χ2 =9.26,P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.This study finds that the incidence of contact dermatitis is the highest among patients with facial dermatitis in Sui Ning.The most common symptom of patients is itching.Erythema is the most common form of skin lesions.Lesions most often occure in the cheek area.2.The food allergens of facial dermatitis patients in Sui Ning from high to low are soybeans,peanuts and beef.Perennial allergens are cockroaches and dust mites in turn.3.The main contact allergens are nickel sulfate,potassium dichromate,rosin,kappa mixture and cobalt chloride.
