| Objective: To analyze the rules and characteristics of Professor Xu Huimei’s medication for tachyarrhythmia through data mining on outpatient prescriptions of the "TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform(V3.0)",from the statistics of syndromes, frequency of medications, four Qi and five flavors, and the return of sex and flavor. After analyzing the internal relationship between the disease syndrome and the drugs used and between the drugs in many aspects,we further summarized Professor Xu’s experience in treating this disease, and analyzed the top 10 most frequently used by Professor Xu in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia through network pharmacology. The potential molecular mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in its therapeutic effect provides reference and reference for the clinical medication of tachyarrhythmia and related scientific research. Methods: With the aid of the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(V3.0),the cases of Professor Xu between August 2018 and August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,200 cases that met the inclusion criteria were selected, and the cases were standardized and sorted.,Enter the patient’s first diagnosis data into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform, use the statistical analysis function of the platform to analyze the entered data, and conduct data mining on the patient’s basic information, disease information, syndrome information, prescription information, drug information, etc. Then use the analysis method of network pharmacology to analyze the target points and signal pathways of Professor Xu’s treatment of tachyarrhythmia. Results: 1.In this study, there were more female patients than male patients. There were 124 female patients(62%)and 76 male patients(38%).The age of patients with this disease was mainly between 40-80 years old, accounting for the total cost.80% of the total number of studies.2.The main types of syndromes involved in this study are Qi and Yin Deficiency(30%),Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis(23.5%),Phlegm Turbidity and Blood Stasis(21.5%),Qi Deficiency and Water Dampness(8.5%),Heart Spleen deficiency syndrome(8.5%),heart-yang deficiency syndrome(6%),and heart syndrome caused by exogenous evil(2%).3.This study involves 60 common clinical symptoms, among which the most frequent ones are palpitation, shortness of breath, chest tightness,upset,fatigue,dizziness,etc.4.Among the case data in this study,Professor Xu’s treatment of tachyarrhythmia involves the use of 148 Chinese medicines. The top 15 Chinese medicines with the highest frequency of use are: Astragalus(193 times),Chuanxiong(193 times),and Angelica sinensis.(184 times),raw keel(156 times),raw oysters(156 times),Bupleurum(154 times),scutellaria(134 times),Guizhi(134 times),licorice(133 times),mother-of-pearl(132 times)),Pueraria lobata(122 times),Qianghuo(116 times),Turmeric(112 times),Trichosanthes(109 times),Suanzaoren(105 times).5.In this study, the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines used by Professor Xu for the treatment of arrhythmia are as effective as tonic(773 flavor),relieving surface(562 flavor),promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis(396 flavor),and clearing heat(394 flavor).Soothing the nerves(352 flavors),resolving phlegm, relieving cough and asthma(274 flavors),calming the liver and extinguishing wind(264 flavors),diuresis and dampness(173 flavors),and regulating qi(132 flavors);the four qi and five flavors return According to statistics, the proportion of mild drugs in the four qi is the highest, followed by cold, flat, cool, and hot drugs;among the five flavors, sweet drugs are used the most, followed by bitter, pungent, salty, and sour;In the return meridian, the liver meridian is the most common, followed by the heart meridian, lung meridian, spleen meridian, stomach meridian, gallbladder meridian, kidney meridian, large intestine meridian, bladder meridian, small intestine meridian, pericardial meridian, and triple jiao meridian.6.In this study,Professor Xu often used a total of 77 groups of traditional Chinese medicine combinations for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia,29 groups of commonly used 2 medicine combinations,32 groups of 3 medicines,14 groups of 4medicines,and 2 groups of 5 medicines..7.In this study, the network pharmacology analysis of the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines used by Professor Xu to treat arrhythmia showed that the main active ingredients that play a therapeutic role are quercetin, osthole, and 7-O-A The main target proteins are IL6(interleukin 6),AKT1,MAPK3(mitogen-activated protein kinase 3),formononetin,kaempferol,baicalein,etc.VEGFA(vascular endothelial growth factor A),TNF(tumor necrosis factor),EGF(epidermal growth factor),chemokine CCL2,MMP9(matrix metalloproteinase 9),IL18(interleukin 18),enrichment analysis of the KEGG signal pathway Including the AGE-RAGE signaling pathway in the complications of diabetes, cancer pathways,proteoglycans,IL-17 signaling pathways, pancreatic cancer and other channels.GO-BP enrichment results include inflammation, response to injury, and vasculature development,Reaction to lipopolysaccharide, reaction to inorganic substances;GO-MF enrichment results include cytokine receptor binding, protease binding, phosphatase binding, integrin binding,DNA binding transcription factor binding;GO-CC enrichment results Including membrane rafts, extracellular matrix, vesicle lumen, early endosomes, and cytoplasmic perinuclear regions. Conclusion: 1.In the cases collected in this study, the patient’s syndrome types mainly include Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome,Qi deficiency and water dampness syndrome, heart and spleen deficiency syndrome, and heart yang deficiency syndrome.Evil guilty evidence.2.Professor Xu’s common medicines for treating tachyarrhythmia are mainly warm medicines, sweet medicines, and medicines that enter the liver, heart, and lung meridians. The more frequently used medicines are Astragalus,Angelica,Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Shenglonggu,Shenglonggu.Oysters etc.3.Professor Xu’s treatment of tachyarrhythmia uses "invigorating qi,invigorating blood, nourishing yin,and soothing the nerves".4.The results of network pharmacology analysis of high-frequency drugs are consistent with the existing literature, and the results support the application of high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine in the clinical treatment of arrhythmia. |
