| Objective: In this study,Tiaoshen Changzhi Yizhi acupuncture was used to treat mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson ’s disease.Compared with ordinary acupuncture,UPDRS-III score,MMSE score,Mo CA score,TCM symptom score of tremor syndrome and MCI score were observed before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.By evaluating the motor function and cognitive function of the two groups of patients,a comprehensive comparison was conducted to provide new ideas and basis for the clinical treatment of mild cognitive impairment in parkinson’ s disease.Method:A total of 60 patients with mild cognitive impairment of parkinson ’ s disease who met the inclusion criteria were selected from August 2020 to April 2021 in Heilongjiang provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Tiaoshen Changzhi Yizhi acupuncture,40 minutes each time,once every other day,three times a week.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,40 minutes each time,once every other day,three times a week.Both groups were given basic treatment of parkinson’ s medicine.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.Before treatment,at the end of 6th week and 12 th week,the subjects in the two groups were scored with the Unified parkinson ’ s Disease Scale-III(UPDRSIII),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(Mo CA),Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale for Fibrillation and Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale for MCI.The score data were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:1.UPDRS-Ⅲ Scale Ring Results The UPDRS-Ⅲ scores were compared between the first two groups(P> 0.05),6 weeks and 12 weeks between experiment and control,P <0.05),6 weeks(P> 0.05),and the difference(P <0.05).It shows that acupuncture can improve the motor function of PD-MCI patients and is better than ordinary acupuncture.2.Analysis of simple score Results(MMSE)The MMSE scores were compared between the first two groups(P> 0.05),6 weeks and 12 weeks,compared with P <0.05),6 weeks(P> 0.05),and the MMSE scores of the control group(P <0.05).It shows that acupuncture can improve cognitive function in PD-MCI Patients and is better than normal acupuncture.3.Analysis of the total score of Montreal Cognitive Assessment(Mo CA)There was no significant difference in Mo CA score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After 6 and 12 weeks,the Mo CA scores of the ex Perimental group and the control grou P were both increased,and the differences were statistically significant compared with those before treatment(P0.05).After 12 weeks,the Mo CA scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).It shows that Tiaoshen Changzhi Yizhi acupuncture can improve the cognitive function of PD-MCI Patients,and the curative effect is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.4.Analysis of the total score of TCM symptom score scale for tremor syndrome There was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05).The scores of the two groups continued to decrease.After 6 and 12 weeks,the scores of the two groups were significantly different from those before treatment(P0.05).After 12 weeks,the scores of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The scores of the experimental group were much lower than those of the control group.It shows that Tiaoshen Changzhi Yizhi acupuncture can improve the clinical manifestations of Patients with tremor syndrome,and the curative effect is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.5.Analysis of the total score of MCI TCM symptom score scale There was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).The TCM symptom scores of MCI in the two groups continued to decrease.After 6 and 12 weeks of treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After 6 and 12 weeks,the scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05).It shows that Tiaoshen Changzhi Yizhi acupuncture can improve the cognitive function of PD-MCI Patients,and the curative effect is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.6.Comparison of TCM syndromes of tremor After 12 weeks,the effective rate of tremor in the experimental group was 75 %.The effective rate of tremor in the control group was51.85 %,and that in the experimental group was much higher than that in the control group.The rank sum test showed that the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It shows that Tiaoshen Changzhi Yizhi acupuncture can improve the clinical manifestations of Patients with tremor syndrome,and the curative effect is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.7.MCI TCM syndrome curative effect comparison After 12 weeks,the effective rate of MCI in the experimental group was 82.14 %.The effective rate of MCI TCM syndrome in the control group was 59.26 %.The experimental group was much higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).It shows that Tiaoshen Changzhi Yizhi acupuncture can improve the cognitive function of PD-MCI Patients,and the curative effect is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.Conclusion:1.For the acupuncture treatment of patients with mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson ’s disease,the longer the treatment time,the more obvious the therapeutic effect of Tiaoshen Changzhi Yizhi acupuncture,the more advantageous.2.Tiaoshenchangzhiyizhi acupuncture method and ordinary acupuncture method can improve the motor function and cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson ’ s disease.Tiaoshenchangzhiyizhi acupuncture method is better than ordinary acupuncture method in improving the motor function and cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment in Parkinson ’ s disease,with high safety,which is worthy of further research and promotion. |
