| Objective: To understand the sleep status of infants aged 1 to 6 months,and to analyze the risk factors that may affect infants’ sleep,in order to improve infants’ sleep quality.Methods: A total of 166 infants aged 1 to 6 months who underwent physical examination in Children’s Medical Center of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from October 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The self-designed "Infant Sleep and Parent Sleep Questionnaire" was used to fill out the questionnaire by the infants and their caregivers.Results:1.The total sleep time of infants aged 1 to 6 months was(14.18±2.08)hours,the average daytime sleep time was(4.58±1.72)hours,and the average night sleep time was(9.60±0.78)hours.2.According to the age group,the average daytime sleep time and total sleep time of infants aged 1-3 months were significantly different from those of infants aged 3-6 months(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the average sleep time of infants aged 1-3 months and infants aged 3-6 months(P>0.05).3.The most common way to sleep for infants aged 1 to 6 months was to take milk before going to bed,accounting for 53.6%.According to the age group,there was no statistical difference between the sleeping pattern of infants at 1-3 months of age and infants at 3-6 months of age(P>0.05).4.The most common sleeping mode of infants aged from 1 to 6 months was sleeping with their parents,accounting for 84.9%.According to the age group,there was no statistical difference between the sleeping pattern of infants aged 1-3 months and infants aged 3-6 months(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The incidence of sleep problems in infants aged 1 to 6 months was 34.9%.2.The father’s education level,the average monthly income of the family is less than 3000 yuan,the mother’s insomnia and the father’s snoring are the risk factors for the infants’ sleep problems.3.Fixed infant sleep location,mixed feeding and nuclear family structure are protective factors for infant sleep problems. |
