Objective:At present,the prevalence of metabolic-related fatty liver(MAFLD)has jumped to 29.2%.There is no effective treatment drug,and there is no strong evidence that a specific diet can be used to treat MAFLD.The first-line treatment is still treatment.Sexual lifestyle changes.Fatty liver patients are aware of the importance of diet and exercise changes,but it is still difficult to adhere to it.Functional foods have become the choice of more and more people.The culture of the same source of medicine and food is the treasure of my country’s traditional food culture.Shanxi tartary buckwheat is an excellent variety with lipid-lowering activity.Seabuckthorn has a wide range of pharmacological effects and is a commonly used medicine in Tibetan and Mongolian medicine.Tartary buckwheat and sea buckthorn vinegar drink are made from Shanxi characteristic medicinal and food homologous food,tartary buckwheat and sea buckthorn through solid-state fermentation,multi-bacterial co-fermentation,and multiple fermentations,enriching functional factors,flavonoids,organic acids,and reducing acidity.Studies have shown that tartary buckwheat flavone,sea buckthorn flavone,and organic acids can alleviate and regulate the occurrence and development of metabolic-related fatty liver.Some patients with moderate fatty liver drank a seabuckthorn vinegar drink in the morning and a tartary buckwheat vinegar drink in the evening.During this period,they did not change their lifestyle.After drinking for six months,the moderate fatty liver disappeared.If the vinegar drink is really effective,it can provide a new healthy choice for patients with fatty liver.This study intends to verify and evaluate its efficacy through clinical research.Methods:Recruiting 110 patients with metabolic-related fatty liver in a tertiary hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method,and the baseline data of the two groups were comparable.The control group received regular online group health education every month.On this basis,the vinegar drink group received a seabuckthorn vinegar drink every morning(anti-fatigue),and a tartary buckwheat vinegar drink every day before going to bed(good for liver detoxification);drank it directly after opening the lid and drank it all at once;Consecutive drinking for three months;urge the subjects to drink the vinegar drink regularly,and ask them to take photos of the empty bottles of vinegar that month,and report the number of vinegar drinkers;urge the patients to drink the vinegar drink in the We Chat group daily;follow up the patients every month,Collect patient feedback,whether there are adverse reactions and other symptoms.After 3 months,the metabolic-related fatty liver grading of the two groups of subjects was compared to improve the effective rate and the levels of blood glucose,blood lipids,and liver function.Results:A total of 98 patients in the two groups completed the study completely and entered the data analysis.50 cases in the vinegar drink combined drinking group and48 cases in the control group;Changes in various indicators of the two groups of subjects:(1)The effective rate of fatty liver grading improvement: After 3 months,the fatty liver grading of 26 subjects in the vinegar drink group decreased or disappeared,the effective rate of fatty liver grading improvement was 52%,and the fatty liver grading of 11 subjects in the control group decreased Or disappear,the effective rate of fatty liver grading improvement was 22.9%,and the difference in the effective rate of fatty liver grading improvement between the two groups was statistically significant.The results of the stratification analysis showed that the higher the drinking compliance,the more effective the classification of the fatty liver patients who were female,mild fatty liver,non-drinking,regular exercise,ordinary diet,and shorter course of disease were more likely to be effectively improved.(2)Blood lipids,blood sugar,liver function: After 3months,the results of comparison within and between groups showed that there was no statistically significant difference in blood lipids,blood sugar,and liver function levels between the two groups of subjects after intervention.The average number of vinegar drinkers in the vinegar drink group was 48 per month,and the vinegar drink compliance was better.Some subjects taking the combination of tartary buckwheat and seabuckthorn vinegar drink can play the role of anti-fatigue,improve sleep quality,relieve constipation,hangover,lower blood pressure,and relieve carotid arteriosclerosis,suggesting that the combination of tartary buckwheat and seabuckthorn vinegar drink may have other potentials The health benefits of this disease require further clinical research.Conclusion:The combination of tartary buckwheat vinegar drink and seabuckthorn vinegar drink can effectively improve the fatty liver classification of patients with metabolic-related fatty liver.It is temporarily not considered that the combination of tartary buckwheat vinegar drink and seabuckthorn vinegar drink can help reduce blood sugar,blood lipids,and liver function in patients with MAFLD.The content of flavonoids,the functional factors of vinegar drink,has not reached the effective dose of human body or the research cycle is insufficient.
