| Objective:To understand the pressure level of nursing interns and analyze the pressure sources of nursing interns in the later period of clinical practice,so as to provide reference for nursing educators to improve the effect of clinical practice of nursing interns. Methods:According to the purpose of the research,in accordance with the principle of cluster convenience sampling, with the consent of the nursing department of the hospital and the principle of voluntariness, the clinical nursing interns(hereinafter referred to as nursing interns)who practiced in a hospital in Luliang City from February to April 2019 are regarded as Subject of investigation.Self-made general information questionnaire, including gender, age, birthplace, whether it is an only child, school performance, etc.use the nursing intern stressor scale designed by Cao Ying and others to investigate the stress level of nursing intern And stress sources, analyze the stress sources and influencing factors of nursing interns.Results:1.A total of 220 questionnaires were sent out and 209 were effectively received with a recovery rate of 95%.2.The 10 common stressors among the 209 nursing interns were exposure to infectious diseases, night shift arrangements, ability to handle patient emergencies, their own level of knowledge, the possibility of errors, and the relationship between school teaching and clinical needs The gap between the two,the methods of clinical examinations, the requirements of operating skills in practice, the attitudes of patients and their families, and the painful expressions of patients. The total average pressure level is(1.69±0.44)points,which is at a moderate pressure level.3.Analysis results of different groups of nursing interns, stressors and stress levels:(1)There were statistically significant differences in the scores of stress level in supervision and evaluation among nursing interns of different ages(P<0.05),and the stress level of nursing interns younger than 18 years old was significantly higher than that of nursing interns aged 21-23 years old. There were no statistically significant differences in the five aspects of knowledge and skill demand, work nature and content, patient condition, teaching arrangement, ward environment and equipment,as well as the total average score(P>0.05).(2)There were statistically significant differences in knowledge and skill demands, work nature and content, supervision and evaluation, patient condition, ward environment and equipment teaching arrangement, and total mean score among nursing interns of different degrees(P<0.05).(3)Nursing interns with different academic performance showed statistically significant differences in knowledge and skill demands, ward environment and equipment, and teaching arrangement(P<0.05),and the stress level of nursing interns with excellent grades was lower than that of nursing interns with poor grades in these three aspects.(4)The degree of respect of nursing profession was statistically significant in the six aspects of work nature and content, knowledge and skill demand, supervision and evaluation, patient condition, ward environment and equipment, teaching arrangement, and the total average score of pressure level(P<0.05).(5)The nursing interns with different attitudes towards nursing major showed statistically significant differences in the six aspects of work nature and content, demand for knowledge and skills, supervision and evaluation, patient conditions, ward environment and equipment, teaching arrangement, and the total average score of pressure level(P<0.05).(6)There were statistically significant differences in the demands of knowledge and skills, supervision and evaluation, ward environment and teaching arrangement,as well as the total average score of stress level among nursing interns(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the two aspects of work nature and content and patient condition(P>0.05).The difference in origin, the only-child or not,had no statistical effect on the score of level and source,of the stress, and the average of every source of stress(P>0.05).4.Correlation analysis shows that the overall stress level is positively correlated with four factors: the degree of respect for the nursing profession, whether they like to engage in the nursing profession, the attitude of most nurses to the nursing profession, and the education level of the mother. Conclusion:The overall level of nursing interns in the clinical practice of the late stress at moderate levels, internship pressure mainly comes from the demand of the knowledge and skills, the nature of work and content, supervision and evaluation, ward environment and equipment, teaching arrangement, the patients situation, including supervision and evaluation is one of the main nursing interns internship late pressure source.Age,whether the nursing profession is preferred, academic performance, attitude towards nursing profession, whether the nursing profession is respected, whether the nursing profession is liked before entering school, the attitude of most nurses towards the nursing profession, and the education level of mothers are the influencing factors of the stress level of nursing interns.Nursing educators should design effective clinical teaching strategies based on individual characteristics to reduce the pressure of nursing interns during their internship.By taking targeted measures to make nursing interns adapt to the clinical practice environment and improve the quality of nursing teaching. |
