| Objective:1.To explore the status quo of positive and negative emotions of nursing students in the later period of internship and analyze influencing factors, and to analyze the influence of different emotions on psychological resilience and clinical coping behavior of nursing students.2.To figure out the effect of intervention on nursing students in negative emotion group by using group counseling of Mandala painting. Methods:This study is designed as two phases.Stage 1:The convenient sampling method was used to sample the nursing students who practiced in Zibo hospitals from July 2020 to May 2021.The total scores of positive emotion and negative emotion were divided into groups based on the positive and negative emotion scale. The results of the general information questionnaire, the practice stress scale for nursing students, and the teacher support questionnaire perceived by nursing students were compared between the two groups.Taking negative emotion as the dependent variable, logistic multivariate regression analysis was conducted on nursing students to observe the related factors affecting the emotional differentiation of nursing students, and analyze the influence of different emotions on psychological resilience and clinical coping behavior of nursing students.Stage 2:Based on the results of the first part of the survey,51 nursing students in the negative emotion group were finally selected to participate in the group counseling of Mandala painting through recruitment, voluntary registration and interview.Randomized number method was used.Among 51 nursing students,26 were randomly selected as the experimental group,25 as the control group. One person was lost in the experimental group, and the final experimental group was 25.After completing all the group counseling courses of mandala painting, the nursing students in the experimental group were given the Positive And Negative Affective Scales, the Nursing Students’ Clinical Practice Coping Behavior Scale, the Nursing Students’ Perceived Teacher Support Scale and the Psychological Resilience Scale.Compare the differences of the above scales between the experimental group and the control group in three time periods before,at the end of and one month after the intervention.Results:1.The number of questionnaires distributed in this survey is 935,the number of valid questionnaires is 837,and the effective recovery rate is 89.5%.According to the score of positive and negative emotion scale,630 positive emotion scores>negative emotion scores were included in the positive emotion group.A total of 77 questionnaires with positive emotion score<negative emotion score were included in the negative emotion group.130 questionnaires with positive emotion score=negative emotion score were not included in this study.A total of 707 were included in the study.2.In the scale of negative emotion, the proportion of positive emotion group in the score of 1 and 2 was higher than that of negative emotion group, and the proportion of positive emotion group in the score of 3,4 and 5 was lower than that of negative emotion group. In the positive emotion scale of the two groups, the proportion of the positive emotion group was lower than that of the negative emotion group in the score of 1 and 2,and the proportion of the positive emotion group was higher than that of the negative emotion group in the score of 3,4 and 5.The average score and total score of each item in the negative emotion scale in the positive emotion group were lower than those in the negative emotion group, while the average score and total score of each item in the positive emotion scale were higher than those in the negative emotion group, and there were statistical differences(p<0.05).3.Logistic multiple factor regression analysis was conducted on nursing students with negative emotions as dependent variables. The results showed that the protective factors affecting the negative emotions of nursing students were voluntary choice, whether they had participated in clubs or student associations, the degree of liking the nursing profession, preparation for practice, work support, respect and sharing, supportive learning atmosphere, and instilling confidence step by step. The nature of work, workload and interpersonal relationship are the risk factors for negative emotions among nursing students.4.The score of avoidance behavior of nursing students in the positive emotion group was lower than that in the negative emotion group, and the problem-solving behavior, optimistic coping behavior and total score were higher than those in the negative emotion group, and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).In the positive emotion group, the scores of social comparison, self reflection and professional autonomy were higher than those in the negative emotion group(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference in other items and total scores between the two groups(p>0.05);The psychological resilience score of nursing students in positive emotion group was significantly higher than that in negative emotion group, and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).5.From the comparison between the experimental group and the control group, the results at the end of the group counseling of Mandala painting and one month after the intervention were as follows:In the Positive And Negative Affective Scales, the negative emotion scores of nursing students in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with a statistical difference(p<0.05);The positive emotion scores of nursing students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05);In the clinical practice Coping Behavior of nursing students, the scores of escape behavior of nursing students in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of problem-solving and positive coping were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).In clinical practice stress of nursing students, the nature of work, interpersonal relationship, work support, conflict between learning and work and total score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).In the Perceived Teacher Support Scale For Nursing Students, the scores of the significance items in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05);In the psychological resilience scale, the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(p<0.05).In the Positive and Negative Emotion Scale,at the end of the intervention and one month after the intervention, the negative emotion of nursing students in the experimental group was lower than that before the intervention, while the positive emotion score was higher than that before the intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).In the Clinical Practice Coping Behavior of Nursing Students, the scores of avoidance behavior and problem solving of nursing students in the control group were lower than those before the intervention, while the scores of avoidance behavior in the experimental group were lower than those before the intervention at the end of the intervention and one month after the intervention, and the scores of problem solving and positive coping were higher than those in the experimental group(p<0.05);In the Nursing Students’ Practice Stress Scale, the work nature, interpersonal relationship, work support, learning and work conflict and the total score of the control group were higher than those before intervention(p<0.05),while the work nature, interpersonal relationship, work support, learning and work conflict and the total score of the experimental group were lower than those before intervention(p<0.05).In the Mental Resilience Scale, the scores of the experimental group at the end of the intervention and one month after the intervention were higher than those before the intervention(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.In the later period of practice, most of the nursing students had positive emotions, and only less than 10%of them had negative emotions. The nursing students with positive emotion as the main reason are that the positive emotion score is high and the negative emotion score is low. However, the nursing students with negative emotions are mainly caused by the relatively high negative emotion score caused by the low positive emotion score.2.A series of factors, such as the choice of voluntary way, whether to participate in a club or student union, the degree of liking the nursing profession, preparation for practice, work support, respect and sharing, supportive learning atmosphere, and instilling self-confidence are protective factors for nursing students to have negative emotions, while the nature of work, workload, and interpersonal relationships are risk factors for nursing students to have negative emotions.3.Nursing students with negative emotions as the main cause of low positive emotions have poor enthusiasm, low psychological resilience, and weak ability to cope with and solve problems optimistically. Therefore, the overall clinical response frequency is low or the effect is poor, which affects the quality of clinical practice. The group counseling of mandala painting can help nursing students express and vent their negative emotions, overcome the trouble of negative emotion, increase the positive emotion;guide nursing life in the present, actively cope with the pressure of clinical practice; At the same time, this kind of intervention cultivated the positive psychological quality of nursing students, and enhanced the psychological resilience and clinical coping ability of nursing students. In conclusion, the group counseling of mandala painting can be used as an effective method for nursing students to regulate their emotions, which not only broadens the application field of mandala painting, but also provides a basis for clinical teaching to carry out mental health education. |
