Objective:To expolre the clinical efficacy analysis of pituitary adenoma resection through transsphenoidal approach via neuronavigation-guided neuroendoscopy. Methods:Were retrospectively analyzed in May 2018 to December 2020,our hospital during the period of the records of 233 patients with pituitary adenoma neurosurgery, eliminate no surgery was performed and other modes of operation and the data is not complete a total of 111 patients into the study,62 cases with simple neural endoscopic surgery, the remaining 49 cases using neural navigation AIDS neural endoscopic surgery, and compare the clinical data of two groups of patients and tumor whole cutting rate, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization duration, postoperative complications. Results:There was no significant difference in the postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in hospitalization time, operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and total tumor resection rate(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neuronavigation-assisted neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal approach for pituitary tumor resection can improve the safety and effectiveness of surgery, improve the total resection rate of high-Knosp grade tumors, reduce intraoperative blood loss and side injuries, and shorten the operation time, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
