| Objective:To study the influencing factors of low cellular immune function in children with hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD),and to provide new directions and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Samples from a total of 1291 children with HFMD admitted to Shanxi children’s Hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were collected in this study. The age, gender, time interval between onset and treatment, blood test indexes, degree of illness and enterovirus types were recorded.T lymphocyte subsets CD3~+were detected by flow cytometry, and were divided into Low cellular immune function group and undescended group according to the proportion of CD3~+T lymphocytes. After single factor screening, multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors of low cellular immune function in children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Results:1.Single-factor analysis results:time interval between onset and treatment, severe disease,NEUT#、NEUT%、CRP、LDH、CK、EV71 were significantly different between Low cellular immune function group and undescended group(P<0.05).2.Multivariate analysis results:CRP(OR=1.821,95%CI:1.280~2.591)、LDH(OR=1.903,95%CI:1.413~2.562),severe disease(OR=1.527,95%CI:1.092~2.392),EV71(OR=1.397,95%CI:1.228~1.588)were independent risk factors for low cellular immune function(P<0.05 for all). Conclusion:CRP,LDH,severe disease, and EV71 are independent risk factors of low cellular immune function in children with HFMD. |
