Objective: According to the changes of uterine artery blood flow in patients with recurrent miscarriage, color Doppler ultrasound technology is used to monitor,so as to analyze and study the relationship between uterine artery blood flow and recurrent miscarriage,so as to guide clinical medication.Change the patient’s pregnancy outcome and protect his health.Methods:(1)Select 120 cases of non-pregnant women with a history of recurrent miscarriage and 120 cases of non-pregnant women without a history of recurrent miscarriage received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020,and set them as group A and group A,respectively. In group B,in the middle stage of the corpus luteum, color Doppler ultrasound technology was used to monitor the patient’s uterine artery blood flow parameters, and the results were analyzed to explore the differences.(2)156 cases of early pregnancy women with a history of recurrent miscarriage and 156 cases of early pregnancy women without a history of recurrent miscarriage received in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as C In group D and group D,in the first trimester, color Doppler ultrasound technology was used to monitor the patient’s uterine artery blood flow parameters, and the results were analyzed to explore the differences.(3)Low-molecular-weight heparin was administered to 142 patients(group E)who had abnormal uterine artery blood flow problems in group C(group E).Among them, the number of cases with abortion outcome was 30,and there would be no abortion outcome.Of the 112 cases in group D,were classified as group F,and 134 cases in group D without abortion were classified as group G.In the twelfth week of the patient’s pregnancy, color Doppler ultrasound technology was used to monitor the patient’s uterine artery blood flow parameters, and the results were analyzed to explore the differences.(4)Compare the complications and pregnancy outcome of the E group and the control group without recurrent miscarriage, and explore the differences.Results:(1)The ages of women in group A and group B were(26.9±3.16)and(26.7±3.31),respectively,and there was no significant difference;from uterine artery pulsation index, uterine artery resistance index, uterine artery systolic peak and end diastole From the point of view of the three indicators of the ratio of flow rate, group A is higher than group B.(2)The ages of women in group C and D were(26.8±3.14)and(26.6±3.29),respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference in age;from uterine artery pulsation index, uterine artery resistance index, uterine artery systolic peak and diastolic From the perspective of these three indicators, the ratio of the end-stage flow rate, pregnant women in group C are significantly higher than those in group D,and their abortion rate is 5.13% higher than those in group D.(3)Uterine artery blood flow parameters have high diagnostic value for pregnancy outcome.Comparing the area under the curve of the three parameters,it can be found that the resistance index is the largest, but if it is analyzed from the perspectives of sensitivity and specificity, the difference is Sex is not obvious.(4)There is a correlation between uterine artery blood flow parameters and adverse pregnancy. The ratio of uterine artery pulsation index, uterine artery resistance index, uterine artery peak systolic and end-diastolic flow rate increases, and the incidence of undesirable pregnancy will also increase. Therefore, there is a positive correlation between the two.(5)The ages of women in group F and G were 27.8±3.36 and 28.1±3.29,respectively,and there was no significant difference;from the ratio of uterine artery pulsation index, uterine artery resistance index, peak uterine artery systole to end-diastolic flow velocity From the perspective of the three indicators, the difference between the two groups is negligible.(6)Comparative analysis of the incidence of various pregnancy complications in group F and the data in group G showed no significant difference and was not statistically significant. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in groups E and D was also not statistically significant. Conclusion: From the luteal phase of the uterine artery blood flow parameters of the indicators, with a history of recurrent miscarriage is not pregnancy than non-pregnant person with no history of recurrent miscarriages, color Doppler ultrasound technique can be applied to patients in the preparation stage of pregnancy Analyze its uterine artery blood flow parameters and start treatment.Judging from the index of uterine artery blood flow parameters in the first trimester, pregnant women with a history of recurrent miscarriage are higher than those without a history of recurrent miscarriage. From this,it can be judged that there is a difference between abnormal uterine artery blood flow and recurrent miscarriage.Correlation, which may be one of the reasons leading to recurrent miscarriage. There is a correlation between the uterine artery blood flow parameters in the first trimester and recurrent miscarriage. The greater the value of the uterine artery pulsation index, the uterine artery resistance index, the ratio of the peak uterine artery systole to the end-diastolic flow rate, the more likely it is for pregnant women to occur.abortion.Using low molecular weight heparin to treat patients with recurrent miscarriage can improve the blood flow parameters of the uterine artery, avoid the occurrence of miscarriage, and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
