| Objective:To observe and analyze the characteristics of physique distribution,the number of spontaneous abortion and the distribution ratio of the type of pregnancy loss in the patients with abnormal uterine artery blood flow before pregnancy.For the better use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat uterine artery blood flow abnormal recurrent abortion patients to provide theoretical basis.Methods:A total of 58 recurrent abortion patients with abnormal uterine artery blood flow before pregnancy were enrolled in the study,collected the number of spontaneous abortion,pregnancy loss type,physique results were analyzed,using SPSS22.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)A total of 58 cases of spontaneous abortion with abnormal blood flow of uterine artery were reported.The physique classification of TCM was mainly composed of Yang deficiency constitution,32 times in total.(34.78% Of the total frequency),Followed by stagnation of qi(19.57% Of the total frequency).(2)The physique constitution of the second spontaneous abortion group and 3 or more spontaneous abortion group were mainly yang deficiency,and with the increase of abortion frequency,the incidence of qi stagnation was rising gradually.(3)Among 58 cases of recurrent abortion with abnormal blood flow of uterine artery,2 spontaneous abortions were more common,with a total of 43 cases(74.14%of the total).(4)In 58 cases of recurrent abortion with abnormal blood flow of uterine artery,the type of spontaneous abortion was the stoppage of embryo,39 times(42.86% of the total frequency)and 31 times(56.36%)of the total frequency.Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue recipe on abnormal uterine artery blood flow in patients with recurrent abortion.Methods:Sixty-eight patients who met the criteria of clinical observation were enrolled.According to the clinical medication plan,they were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group(23 cases),western medicine group(22 cases)and Chinese and Western medicine combination group(23 cases).The traditional Chinese medicine group took one dose of Bushen Huoxue recipe every morning and night,and the western medicine group received hypodermic injection of low molecular weight heparin every day.(Fragmin),The Chinese and Western medicine combination group combined the Bushen Huoxue recipe with low molecular weight heparin.In addition,review data found that the sum of bilateral S / D in the12-16 range of patients to give Fragmin 5000 u subcutaneous injection once a day treatment;and bilateral S / D and more than 16 patients to give Fragmin 5000 u subcutaneous injection Once every 12 hours of treatment,so the interval was divided into low-resistance group and high-resistance group.Observation of peak systolic / end-diastolic velocity of uterine artery in each group after treatment(S/D)Value and blood flow resistance index(RI)Value.Results:(1)The sum of S / D and RI of both sides in the combination group,western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there was statistical difference between them.(P < 0.05).(2)There was statistical difference in the decrease rate of bilateral S / D in the combination group of Chinese and western medicine,the group of western medicine and the group of traditional Chinese medicine.(P < 0.05);There was no statistical difference in the decrease rate of bilateral S / D between Chinese medicine group and western medicine group.(P >0.05);There was no statistical difference in RI decrease rate among the three groups.(P>0.05).(3)There was no statistical difference in the bilateral S / D descent rate among the three groups of low resistance groups.(P>0.05).(4)There was no statistical difference in the rate of bilateral S / D decrease among the three groups with high resistance.(P>0.05),but in the high resistance group,the decline rate of the combination group and the western medicine group was faster than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group.(5)There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate among Chinese and western medicine combination group,western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group.(P>0.05).(6)There was statistical difference in the normal rate among Chinese and western medicine combination group,western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group.(P < 0.05).Conclusion:For low resistance recurrent abortion with pregnancy,Bushen Huoxue prescription can effectively reduce uterine artery blood flow resistance.Bushen Huoxue prescription combined with low molecular weight heparin was better than low molecular weight heparin alone or Bushen Huoxue recipe for recurrent abortion with pregnancy.Bushen Huoxue recipe combined with low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)is effective for recurrent abortion with abnormal uterine artery blood flow,which provides theoretical basis for clinical treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. |
