Objective:To observe the predictive value of serum Ca2+,ALP and CEA in bone metastasis of lung cancer. Methods:To select 106 cases diagnosed by pathological and did not received any treatment(including surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy and immunotherapy ect)of patients with lung cancer(in our hospital between September2019 and September 2020 were),exploring the correlation of serum Ca2+,ALP,CEA and clinical features with bone metastasis of lung cancer all cases.Results:67 cases(63.21%)had no bone metastasis and 39 cases(36.79%)had bone metastasis in the 106 cases of lung cancer. The levels of Ca2+,ALP and CEA in non-bone metastases were lower than those in bone metastases(P<0.05).The proportion of adenocarcinoma in the group with bone metastasis was higher than that in the group without bone metastasis. There was no difference in gender, smoking and age between the two groups(P> 0.05).ROC curve showed that the optimal cut-off values of ALP,CEA and Ca2+ were 125.5,3.96 and 2.28,the area under CEA curve was the largest. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 87.2% and 74.2%.When the above three indicators were used as joint predictors, the area under the ROC curve was 0.868,showing no obvious advantage.Logistic regression showed that ALP,CEA,Ca2+ and adenocarcinoma were independent influencing factors for bone metastasis in lung cancer patients. Conclusion:Serum Ca2+,ALP and CEA are all related to bone metastasis of lung cancer, and they have important value in predicting bone metastasis.
