Clinical Study On Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture Combined With Acuricular Acupoint Pressing Pills In The Treatment Of Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing pills in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,and to provide the feasibility basis for the clinical application of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing pills.Methods: 60 patients with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with auricular acupoint pressing pill group.(treatment group)and western medicine group(control group),30 cases each group,all patients with generalized anxiety disorder of regular routine therapy and acupuncture treatment,and then according to the different group were given acupuncture combined with ear pills with western medicine treatment.The treatment group was treated with Tongdu Tiaoshen Needle and auricular acupoint compression tablet.Acupuncture continued for 40 min in each treatment,6 times a week.Ear acupoint pressure pill selection: endocrine,heart,liver,pillow,god gate,6 weeks for a course of treatment.The control group was given Paxetine 20 mg,orally after breakfast,1 tablet every time,once a day,for 6 weeks.Hamilton Anxiety Scale was used before and after treatment in the two groups.Zung’s Self Rating Anxiety Scale was used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Results :1.Comparison of acupuncture group and western medicine group before and after treatment: patients in the physical anxiety symptoms,mental anxiety symptoms and daily living ability had obvious curative effect and there were significant differences in curative effect(P<0.05);2.After the comparison between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment,it was found that there was no statistical significance in the physical anxiety symptoms,mental anxiety symptoms and daily living ability of the patients(P>0.05);3.In terms of safety comparison,Tongdu and Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with auric acupoint pressing pills in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder was better than that of western medicine alone,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion :1.Both acupuncture and western medicine can achieve satisfactory curative effect in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder,but the total curative effect of Tongdu and Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with ear acupoint pressing pill group is better than that of western medicine group.2.In terms of improving physical symptoms and safety,Tongdu and Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with earacupoint pressing pill method has more advantages than western medicine group.
