Objective: The experience prescription of clinical treatment of facial paralysis was used to treat peripheral facial paralysis in convalescent period, and the changes of related indexes before and after treatment were analyzed. To provide a reliable method for the treatment of facial neuritis.Methods:1.General Data: The study cases came from the Second Department of Rehabilitation of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine(hereinafter referred to as "Anhui Acupuncture Hospital")and the outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation patients of the Acupuncture Department of Anhui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The patients who meet the standard were divided into groups A and B according to the randomized digital expression method. Each group had 30 people and had 60 patients.2.Treatment: A group was treated with puncture +,and B group was treated with acupuncture + methocobalamine.3.Efficacy judgment: Observe the changes of Sunnybrook scale("Toronto" scale)before and after treatment;M wave amplitude and incubation period of exercise before and after treatment;and anxiety assessment table(hereinafter referred to as "SAS" score),record data, conduct statistical analysis, and draw relevant conclusions. Results: A total of 60 patients met the criteria, including 1 in A and 1 in B.There was no statistical difference between the two groups of(1)(P> 0.05),Explain that the two groups of data are comparable; The statistical classification of both groups for each course in the(2)Toronto Scale(P <0.05),And the Z s are all negative values,It shows that A group improved significantly compared with B group;M wave amplitude increased in both groups after(3)compared with prior treatment,And group A,Statistical significance of the gap(P <0.05);Short incubation ency of patients after(4)compared with before treatment,The recovery of treated surface nerve conduction function,The latency shortening time in the A group is more shorter than in the B group,Statistical significance of the difference(P <0.05);After the entire(5)session,Total efficiency of the A group is 96.5%,Total B group efficiency is 89.6%,After a statistical analysis,Statistical significance of the difference(P <0.05);SAS scores in both groups after(6)treatment,The differences are statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat facial neururitis can improve the clinical symptoms of patients better than acupuncture. In addition,no obvious discomfort was found during the treatment period, and the safety and effectiveness of Chinese medicine and puncture method were verified to a certain extent and suitable for clinical promotion and use.
