| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of acupuncture on Du Meridian points combined with eight-pulse intersection points in the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke. Methods:From June to June 2020,random sixty patients with spastic paralysis after stroke were divided into control group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30)and experimental group(n = 30).In the control group, the main points were selected: Shuigou,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Jiquan, chize,Weizhong. The experimental group was given acupuncture points: Baihui,Shangxing,Fengfu,Yamen,Houxi,Lieque,Shenmai,Zhaohai; Two after treatment, the Ashworth score,Fugl-Meyer motor function score and Barthel Index score were improved before and after treatment.Results:1.There were significant differences between basic conditions(gender, age, course of disease, modified Ashworth scale, simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale, simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function scale, modified Barthel index)and pre-treatment Score(P>0.05);2.Before receiving treatment, all the eligible subjects who met the inclusion criteria signed the informed consent form, and there were no cases of falling off during the treatment;3.Compared with the control group, the effective rate(elbow)of the experimental group was 86.67%,that of the control group was 80.00%,that of the experimental group was 90.00%,that of the control group was 83.33%4.Improved Ashworth grading evaluation: At the end of 2 courses of treatment, the effect of acupuncture at the acupoints of du-shu combined with eight-pulse intersection(elbow and knee joint)on improving muscular tension was better than that of the routine acupuncture group, and there was significant difference between the Treatment Group and the Control Group(P<0.05);5.Comparison of simplified Fugl-Meyer evaluation of motor function: At the end of the first and second course of treatment, the effect of acupuncture at the acupoints of the du-shu combined with the eight-pulse intersection on improving motor function was better than that of the routine acupuncture group, and there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the Control Group(P<0.05),and with the treatment time extension, the treatment effect is better;6.The improved Barthel Index: the patients in the two groups showed improvement in exercise at the end of the first course of treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At the end of the second course of treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),both groups can effectively improve the patients’ ability of daily living, and the effect of acupuncture at du-shu acupoints combined with eight-pulse intersection acupoints is better than that of routine acupuncture group;7.Safety comparison: The two groups of patients did not have adverse reactions during treatment, before and after treatment safety indicators were not significantly abnormal. Conclusion:Acupuncture at du-shu and ba-mai-jiao acupoints can effectively improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with spastic paralysis after stroke, and is safe and effective. |
