The Clinical Effect Of Jingyaotong Ⅱ On Lumbar Osteoarthritis With Deficiency Of The Liver And Kidney

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jingyaotong II in the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis with deficiency of the liver and kidney.Methods:From June 2020 to December 2020,patients with low back pain were admitted to the spinal surgery clinic of Fuzhou Second Hospital and diagnosed with lumbar osteoarthritis.Finally,60 cases met the inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into control group and test group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib capsule once a day for 14 days,while the test group was treated with Jingyaotong II in the morning and evening for 14 days base on the control group.VAS scores,ODI scores were recorded before treatment,7 days after treatment and 14 days after treatment,and TCM syndrome scores were recorded.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in general data,such as age,sex and course of disease(P>0.05).2.Vas scores,ODI scores,and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared within the group on the 7th and 14 th day after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.VAS scores,ODI scores and TCM syndrome scores in the test group were significantly different between the two groups on the 7th and 14 th day after treatment(P< 0.05),it is suggested that the improvement degree of the test group is better than that of the control group.4.After two courses of treatment,4 cases of clinical control,11 cases of obvious effect,10 cases of effective,4 cases of ineffective in the experimental group,and the overall effective rate was 86.21%.In the control group,there were 2 cases of clinical control,5 cases of remarkable effect,15 cases of effective and 7 cases of ineffective.The overall effective rate was 75.86%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),suggesting that the test group had more advantages in treating lumbar osteoarthritis than the control group.Conclusion:In the treatment of lumbar osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney,Jingyaotong II with celecoxib can enhance pain relief,accelerate recovery of lumbar function,improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
