Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Duzhong Yaotong Pills combined with Tongfu Jingyaotong Sand in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type).Methods:Patients who visited the outpatient and inpatient departments of Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were included.They were divided into groups A,B and C according to the random number table method.Among them,there were 33 cases in group A,21 males and 12 females,aged 20-64(44.90±1.90)years old;course of disease 6-14(9.76±2.24)month;34 cases in group B,19 males and 15 females;age 25-64(44.47±1.92)years old;course of disease 4-15(10.00±2.32)months;group C,33 cases,19 males and 14 females;The age ranged from 27 to 62(45.33±1.47)years;the course of disease was 7 to 14(10.91±1.84)months.Group A was treated with Duzhong Yaotong Pill,group B was treated with Tongfu Jingyaotong Sand,and Group C was treated with Du Zhong Yao Tong Pill combined with Tongfu Jingyaotong Sand.Before and after treatment,the JOA scores,SF-MPQ scores,and ODI index and lumbar range of motion were recorded,adverse events were recorded,and the clinical efficacy of Duzhong Yaotong Pill combined with Tongfu Jingyaotong Sand in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(Qi stagnation and blood stasis type)was evaluated.Results:(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,the JOA scores of the three groups were compared with those before treatment,and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Through the comparison between the groups,there was no significant difference in the scores of the three groups at 1week of treatment(P>0.05).;After the 2nd and 4th week of treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores between group A and group B,but there was a statistically significant difference between group A,group B and group C(P<0.05),and the JOA scores of the three groups improved.The difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),and the improvement rate of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and group B.(2)After the treatment,the SF-MPQ scores of the three groups were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Through the comparison between the groups,after 1 week of treatment,there was a significant difference between the B group and the C group.Statistical significance(P<0.05),and at 2 weeks and 4weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores between group A and group B,and there was a statistically significant difference between group A and group B and group C(P<0.05).(3)After the treatment,the ODI scores of the three groups were compared with those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences between group A and group C,and group B and group C(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the lumbar spine mobility of the three groups of patients was compared within the group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups A and B(P>0.05).),group C was compared with group A and group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Duzhong Yaotong Pills and Tongfu Jingyaotong Sand can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,reduce the degree of limitation of daily activities,relieve pain,and improve the range of motion of the lumbar spine and lumbar spine dysfunction,and the combined effect is significantly better than the two alone.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
