| Nurses are faced with high work pressure, heavy medical responsibility and high risk of occupational exposure. The detection rate of depression, anxiety and other negative emotions in this special occupational group is much higher than that in the general population.Facing the current situation of nurses’ job burnout and mental health problems,it is difficult to reduce nurses’ occupational pressure only by changing their own working environment, calling on the society and managers to provide social support and other external factors. It is also necessary for nurses to learn to use positive psychological resources from internal factors,Previous studies have shown that the appropriate regulatory mode and emotional labor strategy can help nurses improve job satisfaction. In order to further explore the current situation and characteristics of nurses’ regulatory mode, emotional labor strategy and job burnout in Grade 3A hospitals, analyze the influence of regulation mode and emotional labor strategy on nurses’ job burnout and the intermediary role of emotional labor strategy,so as to provide certain reference and basis for reducing nurses’ job burnout and improving job satisfaction. This study used general information questionnaire, job burnout scale(MBI-HSS),emotional labor scale(ELS)and regulatory mode scale(RMS)and703 valid questionnaires were collected.Excel,spss25.0 and process plug-in were used for data processing. The main statistical methods were descriptive analysis, correlation analysis,t-test,analysis of variance, linear regression and so on.The results of this study are as follows:(1)The dimensions of job burnout, emotional exhaustion and personal accomplishment of nurses in Grade 3A hospitals are at the medium level, and depersonalization is at the mild level.Deep acting tends to play a leading role in emotional labor.Locomotion mode tends to play a leading role in the regulation mode.(2)Demographic variables such as age, marital status,Department, professional title, number of night shift per month, employment form, working years and monthly income have different degrees of influence on adjustment mode, emotional labor strategy and job burnout.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between assessment mode and surface acting, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. There is a significant positive correlation between locomotion mode and deep acting, personal achievement, and a significant negative correlation between exercise model and emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. There is a significant positive correlation between surface acting and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal achievement. There is a significant positive correlation between deep acting and personal achievement, and a significant negative correlation with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization.(4)Locomotion mode can not only directly predict the depersonalization and personal achievement, but also can predict them through the mediating role played by the deep acting, and the deep acting plays a part of the mediating role.Assessment mode can not only directly predict the depersonalization and emotional exhaustion, but also can predict the them through the mediating role played by the surface acting. In theory, this study preliminarily verified that emotional labor strategy and regulatory mode have an important impact on nurses’ job burnout, and emotional labor strategy has a mediating role between them.Regulatory mode can predict the level of job burnout through emotional labor strategy, which enriches the relevant theoretical research. In practice, this study calls on the society and hospital management departments to take positive measures to improve nurses’ job satisfaction, and also emphasizes the importance of nurses from their own point of view, using positive psychological resources, adopting reasonable regulatory mode and emotional labor strategy to improve job burnout. |
