Research On The Grade Evaluation Of 20 Kinds Of Traditional Chinese Medicine And Medicinal Materials Such As Artemisia Argyi And Caesalpinia Sappan

Decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine are the main form of clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine.Its quality directly determines the clinical efficacy and the healthy development of the Chinese medicine industry.The quality of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine on current market is uneven,and the quality standards that can be referred to are relatively few and incomplete.At present,the quality of decoction pieces of traditional Chinese medicine on the market is uneven,and the quality standards that can be referred to are relatively few and incomplete.The quality constant of traditional Chinese medicine is a graded evaluation system proposed by this research group.It has been successfully used in the quality evaluation of many traditional Chinese medicines such as Phellodendron chinense、Polygonum multiflorum and Citrus aurantium.It has the characteristics of objective,reasonable and comprehensive.Based on the quality constants of traditional Chinese medicines,this study carried out a grade classification study on twenty kinds of Chinese herbal medicines and medicinal materials.On the basis of the research of the previous research group,based on the pharmacopoeia standards,carried out a grade evaluation study of 14 common traditional Chinese medicine,such as Cimicifuga,Cornus officinalis,honeysuckle and so on,and further verified the applicability of the quality constant grade evaluation method;Secondly,this study uses color difference detection and spss correlation analysis to study the index components associated with color,and conducts grade analysis of traditional Chinese medicine pieces with typical colors such as mulberry and hematoxylin,in order to broaden the application of the quality constant evaluation method of traditional Chinese medicine;Finally,this article takes licorice and its medicinal materials as an example,through the screening of appropriate quality markers,and combining with the quality constant evaluation method of traditional Chinese medicine to classify.The results of the study show that the internal content and appearance of the 4Chinese herbal medicine pieces,namely Gentiana straminea,medica Artemisia argyil,Lonicera japonica Thunb and Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis Swingleare positively correlated with grades.which belongs to the two-factor consistent type,that is,the appearance and internal content indicators are consistent with the grade results,indicating that such pieces may be reported in the literature Varieties with positive correlation between Chinese and foreign forms and index components.The traditional grade evaluation of this kind of decoction pieces is consistent with the content-based grade evaluation,and the applicability of the quality constant evaluation method is very good.The results of the remaining 10 Chinese herbal medicine pieces are single-factor-oriented,that is,the grade of the pieces is only determined by a certain evaluation index and has little correlation with the other.For example,Ligustrum lucidum and Cuscuta australis and Cornus officinalis,three kinds of seeded traditional Chinese medicine,have little difference in appearance and shape,and their grades are mainly dominated by internal content indicators.The applicability of the traditional evaluation methods of this kind of decoction pieces is poor.Even if there are traditional grade evaluation methods,they are sold in the market.The quality constant grade evaluation method still has very good applicability in this kind of traditional Chinese medicine.In addition,the content of Cimicifugae Rhizoma,Cibotium barometz,Pulsatilla chinensis,etc have little difference,but the appearance and shape are quite different.The grade evaluation method based on the shape and appearance is more suitable for the grade evaluation of this kind of Chinese medicine decoction pieces.The quality constant grade evaluation method still has very good applicability in this kind of decoction pieces.The results of this study show that the quality constant grade evaluation method has a very wide range of applications.In order to enrich the connotation of the mass constant system and broaden the applicability of the mass constant method,in addition to the index components of the pharmacopoeia,this experiment adds the analysis of the correlation of color components to select more representative index components,Taking Ligustrum lucidum,Caesalpinia sappan,Curcuma longa and Gardenia jasminoides as examples,the comprehensive evaluation of their mass constants was carried out.The results show that the selected internal content components of each traditional Chinese medicine have a certain degree of correlation with the Lab value in the color value,indicating that the selected index components are representative.Therefore,based on the classification of the quality constants of traditional Chinese medicines based on the color-component correlation,Ligustrum lucidum,Curcuma longa and Gardenia jasminoides are all two-factor consistent results,while Caesalpinia sappan is a single-factor-oriented result.In summary,for a class of Chinese herbal medicines with obvious colors,increase the correlation of color components and determine appropriate index components in order to enrich the connotation of the quality constant evaluation system.In this experiment,quality markers were introduced into the quality constant grade evaluation for the grade evaluation of licorice decoction pieces.The results showed that the grading results of Glycyrrhiza g Labra pieces were positively correlated with the appearance and shape and the content of intrinsic quality markers,indicating that the quality markers can be well applied to the quality grading method of traditional Chinese medicine and can well reflect the quality standards of decoction pieces.Based on this,this study tried to apply this method(combining the quality standard of traditional Chinese medicine with the quality evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine)to the classification of Glycyrrhiza g Labra pieces.The results show that this method can classify Glycyrrhiza g Labra herbs into corresponding grades and the results are consistent with traditional evaluations.This result shows that the quality markers can be applied to the quality constant grade evaluation method;the quality constant grade evaluation method can not only be used for the grade evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces,but also can be applied to the grading of medicinal materials,indicating that the quality constant system has a large expansibility.This research made the above three attempts on the basis of predecessors;(1)For the first time,the intrinsic content associated with chromaticity was introduced into the mass constant calculation formula;(2)Quality markers were added on the basis of pharmacopoeial indicators(3)The quality constant evaluation theory of decoction pieces was applied to the classification of medicinal materials,which broadened the quality constant Application scope and value of grade evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine.It is hoped that the 20 quality constant evaluation standards of traditional Chinese medicine established by this research can provide new ideas for the classification of their grades.
