Clinical Effect Of Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction On Residual Symptoms After OLIF

Target: Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in treating residual symptoms after oblique lateral interbody fusion,and to provide a thinking and clinical basis for clinical treatment of residual symptoms after oblique lateral interbody fusion.Method: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,we collected 48 cases of patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis who were hospitalized in the inpatient department of the second Department of orthopedics and traumatology(the first ward of spinal orthopedics)of our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 in strict accordance with the relevant requirements There were 2 cases and 2 cases were re included.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with celecoxib and Mecobalamin tablets on the first day of postoperative pain,while the observation group was treated with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The cases collected in this study were all from the inpatient department of the second Department of orthopedics and traumatology(the first ward of spinal orthopedics)of our hospital.The same surgeon completed the operation,and all of them were operated by olif.For patients with postoperative residual symptoms,24 cases in the control group were given celecoxib 200 mg,once a day,and Mecobalamin tablets 0.5mg,three times a day,for 2 weeks In the observation group,24 cases were given oral Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group on the first day of postoperative pain and other symptoms,1 bag of Chinese medicine was decocted one day,and the amount of Chinese medicine was taken twice in the morning and evening,a total of 21 bags).By comparing the VAS score and lumbar JOA score of the subjects at these observation points before treatment,2 weeks,1 month and 3 months after treatment to observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of the two kinds of treatment.After the observation and registration of data,the knowledge of statistics was used for systematic analysis and comparison.And with the help of SPSS21 software for calculation and analysis,the data obtained from the later calculation and analysis were collected and analyzed to compare the clinical efficacy differences of the two groups in the treatment of residual symptoms after olif.Outcomes: General comparison: there was no significant difference in age,gender,surgical segment,course of disease,VAS score and JOA score between the two groups(P > 0.05).VAS score: at each observation time point,the calculated and analyzed P values of the two groups were less than 0.05(P < 0.05),with statistical significance;after 2 weeks and1 month of treatment,the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).JOA score: at each observation time point,the observation group and the control group were compared with those before treatment,with statistical significance(P< 0.05);at each observation time point,the observation group was compared with the control group,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).TCM curative effect judgment: the two groups of treatment groups were effective after corresponding treatment(the effective rate of the observation group was 96%,the effective rate of the control group was92%).The difference of the curative effect between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Both of the two groups have effect on the residual symptoms after olif,and the effect of the observation group(celecoxib,Mecobalamin + Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction)is better than that of the control group(celecoxib + Mecobalamin).Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction is effective in the treatment of residual symptoms after olif.Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction can indeed improve the symptoms of patients.It is a treatment method that can be applied in clinical practice and improve the satisfaction of patients after operation,and can be used as a conventional therapy in the future.
