Clinical Observation Of Qingqi Tongmi Decoction In The Treatment Of Infantile Constipation Of Dryness And Heat

Objective: To observe the treatment of Qingqi Tongmi Decoction in the treatment of constipation in children with internal heat and heat,explore the clinical efficacy of Qingqi Tongmi Decoction in the treatment of constipation in children with internal heat and heat,and to provide more professional and unique diagnosis and treatment ideas and theories for the treatment of children with constipation by Chinese medicine reference.Methods: The pediatric outpatient and inpatient departments of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(78 cases)were randomly divided into treatment group(oral Qingqi Tongmi Decoction)and control group(oral maren).Pills).The two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The total scores of TCM syndromes,serum endotoxin,diamine oxidase activity,D-lactic acid level and recurrence were compared and analyzed before and after treatment and during follow-up.result:1.The total effective rate of the control group(no dropout,38 cases)was 74.3%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group(1 dropout case,37 cases)was 92.1%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The difference between the two groups’ syndrome scores and the main syndrome scores was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the two groups’ secondary syndrome scores within and between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The main symptoms(defecation time,anal pain,stool characteristics,etc.)of the two groups of children were scored within the group(P<0.001),and the differences between the groups(P<0.05)were statistically significant.5.The levels of ET,DAO and D-lac in the two groups were statistically significant within the group(P<0.001)and between the groups(P<0.05).6.The recurrence rate of the control group was 69.2%,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 47.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).conclusion:1 Qingqi Tongmi Decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of constipation in children with internal congestion of dryness and heat,and can effectively improve the symptoms of children’s defecation frequency,stool characteristics,anal pain,and difficulty in defecation.2 Qingqi Tongmi Decoction has the ability to protect the intestinal barrier function,lower the level of lactic acid,and reduce the accumulation of endotoxin.3.Qingqi Tongmi Decoction can effectively reduce the recurrence rate in the treatment of constipation in children with internal congestion of dry heat.The long-term curative effect is stable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
